   Dear Mamaia Team, I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant. The pizza I received tasted extremely sour, as if the ingredients were expired. On top of that, the price was unclear and much higher than expected, which felt unfair. To make matters worse, the service was very rude. Instead of being treated with respect as a customer, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Overall, I did not receive the quality, service, or value that I reasonably expected

   I've been a long-time customer of this pizza shop and have always enjoyed their pizzas. However, my last two orders have been disappointing. Both times, the pizzas were made incorrectly. To make matters worse, the garlic bread I received with my most recent order had mould behind it. I hope this was just a temporary lapse in quality control, but I'm hesitant to order again anytime soon.

   Tried this place for the first time and the pizza was quite good overall. We ordered two vegetarian hot pizzas, but there was some confusion with the menu. The version we ordered from listed green chilies, but they used an older menu and added jalapeños instead. Since we usually swap out jalapeños for green chilies when ordering elsewhere, this was a bit frustrating. After a few words, the pizzas were discounted, as we didn’t want to wait for new pizzas to be made. Despite the mix-up, the pizzas tasted great. The tomato sauce was flavourful—and everyone enjoyed the taste. The square-shaped pizza was a new experience for most of us. One downside is the cleanliness; the place could use a bit of a refresh to improve the look. Also, the pricing feels a little steep for what you're getting. That said, I’d order from here again.

   Very very bad service. I ordered my food via Deliveroo around 3:40 am in the night and it showed restaurant was open in the app. After waiting for an hour there was no response from Mama Mia and I tried calling them many times and the line was busy or not working. Then I checked Google which showed they are closed. Well then I should have received the ordered. I called Mama Mia Uxbridge around 2:30 pm and guess what they said food was left outside because I never picked my call. Well this is a big lie since I never got one. Very bad service and bad business done by you guys. Poor very poor.

   Ordered a 14” meat feast pizza and some curly fries. The price of the pizza very much did not reflect its quality. The toppings and meat were quite nice and flavourful but the bread was like rubber and took large amounts of effort to bite through. The curly fries were all soggy and had no seasoning. All in all would not recommend you spend your hard earned cash here.

   Joke joke joke!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely fuming at this place. Ordered food at 5.20. Told food would arrive between 6.05-6.25. Long wait but hoped might be earlier. How we was so wrong. 6.30 no food. Message just eat they said that the restaurant would not refund and the food will now be there at 6.45 driver stuck in traffic. On a Sunday????????Not happy at all. We waited and waited. 7pm comes and all this time tried contacting the place but constantly engaged. Very very angry now and just about to get in my car to go to the restaurant the just eat guy turns up. Tell him what a joke the place is and asked him how was the traffic. He said no traffic at all. Weird that. So I tell him to tell the restaurant that they are out of order. Get the food in and guess what. It’s freezing cold. £32.00 down the drain. Honestly to be treated like this is terrible. Don’t expect no reply from them Or any money back. But that would be the right thing to do wouldn’t it. Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible terrible service. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

   We had a large pizza to share with our 2 kids one is 3 other 7 years old. Small one was vomitting all night and other had stomach ache now both have diarrhea. We , adults are ok. They have not have anything eat after the pizza. Obviously some items chickenn or pepperoni was not fresh or handled wrongly. Please think twice if you buying anything for small kids from this place.
