   I went into this restaurant on a Friday night, the weekend before Christmas, and it was absolutely packed. We didn’t have a booking, but the manager who also ended up being our server could not have been more accommodating. He explained there might be a wait, which we were completely happy with. The atmosphere and food were incredible, and the manager was so friendly and attentive throughout our visit. It was impressive to watch him run around and manage the entire restaurant with such professionalism, all while making sure we had a great experience. We’ll definitely be back.

   Lovely Pizza Express, our Waiter was wonderful as always and one of the reasons we are repeat customers. The warm atmosphere was very well appreciated considering the weather outside is awful!! It is a little expensive but you pay for what you get, which is delicious food, comfortable atmosphere and Staff that really show they care Will be back again soon!!

   Service and the atmosphere here is better than other pizza expresses. I also thought the desserts were very impressive for a pizza restaurant. They also provided a nice pizza box for leftover pizza we wanted to takeaway.

   My lasagna was burnt. My husband’s pizza was undercooked cooked. Our daughters meal was average. We picked at our two mains and when asked by the server (who was very polite and trying to help) if everything was okay, I explained it wasn’t. The manager was aware and simply avoided us. Although we paid the bill we should not have been charged for the two meals we had brought to their attention. The manager did not deal with the situation at all. Needless to say we skipped desert and went elsewhere. Another table had complained about their food which didn’t surprise us given the poor standard. If I could give no stars I would.

   We booked Pizza Express for our daughters birthday party and arranged for it to be a "Pizza making" party. Well, all I can say is that Dan and his team were absolutely fantastic! This is the first time I have been to a pizza making party, but I was very impressed at how it kept the children entertained and also how well it was organised. The staff were just great, they kept everyone entertained, and busy, but more importantly, they had everything under control. Dan, the manager, was fully hands on with all aspects of the party, and as mentioned above, they were all really enthusiastic and just brilliant. I am more than happy to do something like this again and would thoroughly recommend it for anyone thinking about it.

   We came this evening for a family meal and unfortunately I had to leave early with my son. Our waiter, Abbas was fantastic and so caring and thoughtful towards us. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have my meal, so he put it into a box and brought it outside to me when I was leaving so that I could take it home. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience was made better by Abbas. Thanks again :-)

   Had a very pleasant meal on a Sunday evening for four of us. Service was courteous and friendly, and the starters and mains appeared quickly. Excellent deep fried squid rings, warm and tasty doughballs and a decent pizzas and Nicoise salad. The American classic is only £10.95, which is good going these days. We used some Tesco vouchers to reduce the cost of the food (drink is not covered by the vouchers). The waiter was very polite and efficient in taking the voucher details and calculating our bill.
