   Great ambience and pizza to die for. The tomato base was amazing. Tiramisu was lovely and boozy as well. They made a small error and forgot the focaccia we ordered, we told them it was fine and not to worry but they comped a dessert anyway, amazing service!

   Last night, I called in for a takeaway pizza. There was a tiny issue with the timing as the place was so busy but it was absolutely nothing to concern myself about. But ,because of this, the young lady serving me, Victoria, could not have been more helpful. I left wood fire smoke with a smile on my face only get home to eat the usual delicious pizza that I always order. If you have never been to this restaurant, then it’s time you did. I wholeheartedly recommend it as the pizzas are the best in town and staff are lovely.

   Unreal pizza! The best pizza I’ve ever had! I had the Verdure and added salami and every bite was heaven. The staff were super friendly, it was a great atmosphere and it’s bring your own booze!!! Honestly cannot recommend enough.

   I really hate to do this, unfortunately, but I've made a commitment to give one star to any restaurant that asks for a "service charge". As an adult customer who believes in my good judgment, I am offended if someone asks for a "mandatory optional" tip. I can decide for myself how much extra I want to leave. If I am dissatisfied, it can be a few pence, if I am extremely happy with the food and service, I sometimes leave £15. The moment I went to pay, very satisfied, I learned when I received the bill that I had been charged a little over six pounds extra. Of course, when asked if I agreed with this, I said yes. (Who wouldn't...) I enjoyed the food, the service was great and friendly, and I would very much like to go back, but this disgusting practice ruined the rest of my day. It's a big shame, because I would have definitely left the tips myself, even more that I was forced to pay and could be gone home satisfied. At the top of it, I was charged for focaccia on a separate plate I didn't ask and we were told its "ok". What a shame this happened in my favourite Italian restaurant in Cheshire. I hope I will have opportunity to modify my review for 5 stars one day.

   These folks really know Neapolitan pizza! Grab a table near the kitchen and watch the magic as the pies go in the wood fired oven. And they are not skimpy on on toppings either. Your belly and your wallet will both thank you for eating here.

   Fantastic experience. Was dining here alone as I was staying locally for work in a hotel. The restaurant looked nice so I booked a table for one. I ordered arancini for starters which were delicious. For mains I ordered the barbecue chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the chicken is halal. The pizza was excellent. I opted for a dip with the pizza. I didn't have dessert which I now regret. The only thing I would say is that I would have preferred a longer wait between starters and mains. Will be returning.

   After having them at the makers markets we were eager to try them in the restaurant as we claimed they were one of if not the best pizzas in Manchester. The restaurant is very casual, quite small so loud if there’s large groups, the service was ok, not much personality from our waitress and she forgot to put through our dessert, the guy who took over from her was much better he had charisma and made you feel a bit more welcome. The food was top notch, they deffo are up there as one of the best most authentic Neapolitan pizzas in Manchester, the dough is perfect and the on the ingredients are fresh and tasty. My only issue was the Speck should have been put on the pizza after or for the last minute in the oven to make it soft and melty not hard and cooked like bacon. We probably won’t be back as it’s just a bit too far from us until there is one closer to Manchester centre, but I highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed by the food!

   We hired Rick and the team to do the evening food for our wedding in summer. The whole process from booking, to payment and to the actual day was so easy and straightforward. The pizzas were delicious on the night and all our guests were raving about the pizza that they had. Couldn't recommend them enough.
