   Tracker updated to "delivered" when it hadn't left the shop, after 20 mins needed to call to check. Ordered and paid for a bottle of soft drink which wasn't delivered. Flagged with driver who didn't care and never bothered to say sorry or bring us what we paid for. Getting a takeaway shouldn't be as difficult as it from here. And it isn't the first time.. but it is the last. Update: a change in ownership has been just what this take away needed. Great food, delivered on time

   I am really impressed with the customer service. Ordering online and a glitch occurred on the site that froze the screen during the payment part. A reset and order was done. The first order was also put through and they called to confirm if this was intended or not. I have got a refund from this glitched order. That and the food is nice.

   Called in last night and they had cleaned up and were closing. They kindly got everything out and made us a couple of pizzas and then cleaned up again. Really good of them. Pizzas were good too!

   So with a little trepidation given their past performance we ordered from Papa John's tonight. Wow, what a turnaround. Arrived really quick, food nice and hot, pizza absolutely delicious. Brilliant work.

   Papa John's pizzas are absolutely delicious! The crust is perfectly crisp and fluffy, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. Each bite is full of flavor, especially with their amazing garlic dipping sauce. The cheese is melted perfectly, and the pizza always arrives hot and fresh. Their quick and friendly service makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

   Don’t even know where to start with this nightmare place, waited 2 hours for a margarita pizza and a chicken wrap. It said on the app that the pizza had been delivered to my address way before it even left the shop, I’ve also read in other reviews the same happened to them so maybe management need to have a look into this as the staff are clearly lying that the food is delivered when they haven’t even sent it out, after ringing several times I finally decided to drive to the shop to be met with the delivery driver outside on my road looking extremely puzzled although my address really isn’t difficult to find. He then proceeds to dump his bag containing the order on top of my car bonnet and starts to empty the food onto my car. I then tell him to take the bag off my car and he just looked at me like I was speaking another language. I’m not sure if these workers in this restaurant even understand basic English but I’m not sure they should be working here if not as now we have several issues due to the language barrier, as expected due to all the other complications the food delivered wasn’t even the correct order and when I rang to tell them this they couldn’t even understand that and we spent around 30 minutes on the phone listening to complete gibberish so in the end we had to stick with the wrong order as the workers couldn’t understand us to get this resolved and quite frankly would of wasted away if I had to wait another 2 hours. Not sure what’s going on with this restaurant but I would suggest new staff as this seems to be the biggest problem.

   One Star as I am Unable to give lower. Ordered a pizza on a Thursday eve at 8:15pm, rang at 9:05pm to be told it was leaving in next 5 mins even though app had said delivered 20 Mins previously. Still sat here at 10pm with no Pizza and yet they have taken my money!! Rang over 20 Times and no reply an d still no food! Avoid at all Costs!!!!

   Order 2 hours late still hasn’t turned up… they don’t pick up the phone. Honestly just wouldn’t bother go somewhere else you will get your food faster (you will actually get your food). For a franchise you would expect a more reliable service. I live 5 mins from the restaurant, it’s confusing how delivery can be so poor.

   Absolutely awful. The three cheese garlic bread didn’t have a sniff of cheese on if. The only thing it it was drenched in was margarine. The fold over pizza thing was such a let down. Again dripping in oil and grease. I will not be ordering again it’s really wasn’t good at all.
