   Really fancied a dominoes pizza as hadn’t had one in ages and it was so disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful, they overcharged and wouldn’t rectify it when I pointed it out and the pizzas themselves weren’t nice at all, nothing like how I remembered. Absolutely won’t be going back.

   Ordered the pizzas 38 minutes before setting off to collect only to find that when we arrived they still hadn’t been made and had to wait a further 20 minutes before they started finally making the pizzas , after waiting a total of 1 hour 15 minutes the order was incorrect. Would massively avoid

   Always get the same thing. I’d come more often if it hadn’t got so expensive in recent years. I just come as a treat every now and again now. Recommend the ranch bbq always a winner.

   Just picked up 2 medium pizza’s tonight. 1 ok and 1 absolutely terrible with literally no cheese and the pizza was dry (see photos of the pizza) How hard is it to put cheese on a pizza when someone purchases a pizza?? I contacted the manager who said he can’t deliver to my house given its out of the catchment area for a replacement pizza, but I could pick one up. I explained that I couldn’t come back out because of my disabled son, however he was rude and unwilling to help. I further explained that I lived within the same postcode area as the shop, yet he was more concerned about enforcing a ‘job worth’ unhelpful approach, as oppose with solving the problem. I won’t be using the place again as not helpful for anyone with disability/Carer need’s. Very bad service this for the dominoes brand, that could have actually been resolved asking them driver to drop off a pizza literally a 5 min drive from the shop. I can see from other reviews customers having similar poor experience.

   We ordered pizza online and the pizza's was delivered 20 minutes early. This has happened 3 times before, but today we had some guests over for a party. I rang up and spoke to a girl, then got cut off by her and told her that our order was 20 minutes too early and the guests hadn't yet come, so I had to refuse the pizza and told the driver to come back at 7.05pm. I told her that I ordered it for a 7pm delivery online and when the pizza arrived the base of one of them was soggy. She said that they could send out another bit. There would be another 20 minutes wait time which I wasn't going to do, then she said she would speak to her manager about a free pizza on my next order instead of coming back to me. She passed me on to her manager, who was really rude and didn't even listen to me. He had no customer service skills. Never going to order from Domino's again.
