Ordered via uber eats went to eat our garlic bread but Saw somthing sliver and rusty and it was a nail !!!
Consistently don't have things in stock that is on the menu. Sometimes they call up and we can change toppings, sometimes they just replace it for something random and not vegetarian. Sometimes they lie about hot honey not being included on a pizza called the 'hot honey goat'. Strange way to run a store of a big chain, but the pizza is usually good
Love love love this pizza hut. Sara and her team are brilliant and always fill my order in a timely manner. I enquired about the meats they use as I had one of my Muslim friends over for tea and wasn't sure if she could have the same pizza as I wanted (peperoni) was delighted to learn that their meat is now halal so me and her shared the peperoni pizza. I honestly couldn't taste the difference it was amazing as ever. Thank you again Sara for answering my question and George for the speedy delivery. Will be eating here again.
Never really had an issue with our food from here, always been nice and any problems they sort it quick enough.. Ordered lastnight to find upon collection it's now halal and to be honest it tasted delicious and wasn't a slice left. 10/10 Love pizza hut, we order regularly. Customer service is brilliant and Drivers are also brilliant.

Website stated delivery was ready for collection, arrived at shop to collect to be told pizza was still in oven and would be a few minutes, waited 10 minutes then had to ask again about my order. They then went in the back and brought out my pizza which was cold.
Second time in a row had a problem ordering. Except this time they sent me a meat pizza when we ordered the vegetarian Beyond Meat option unfortunately tried a bit before realising. When we called they’re just rude and don’t care and expect you to lose the order amount for the next 3-5 days until customer services sort you a refund. No offer to even send the correct order to you. B*llends, my girlfriend had to stop me heading out in the car with the meat pizza to beat the guy senseless with it they p*ssed me off that much over the phone I would of got arrested if she was working away lol.
