   I’ve ordered from Mama’s Pizza Oldham multiple times and unfortunately the service is consistently poor. When I order over the phone, the delivery is never on time and they always take far longer than promised. On top of that, the pricing is misleading. The Asian Style 12-inch pizza is advertised at £9, but when the driver arrives they charge around £11.50 at the door with no proper explanation. That feels dishonest. Today was the final straw. I placed an order through the FoodHub app, which gave an estimated delivery time of 50 minutes. I waited the full time, and when there were 2 minutes left, I rang the shop to check. I was told “your pizza is still in the machine “ completely unacceptable after nearly an hour of waiting. I also paid £0.90 delivery fee and £0.50 market fees, yet the order still wasn’t ready anywhere near the time they promised. What’s the point of giving delivery times if they don’t stick to them? Very disappointing service, poor time management, and questionable charging. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend unless you’re prepared to wait far longer than stated.

   DON’T ORDER ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!! No care whatsoever absolute scam!!! I placed an order with Mama’s Pizza in Oldham over two hours ago, and I’m still sat here waiting with nothing to show for it. The delay is ridiculous — there’s no explanation, no update, and the order might as well not exist. It’s honestly shocking how long they expect people to wait. By the time the food turns up (if it ever does), it probably won’t even be worth it. This has completely put me off ordering from here again.

   I’m been at Mamas a lot times and always I paid by bank transfer, this time the guy at counter just demand cash only, even after told him I don’t have cash on me and always pay by QR code or transfer. He comes with a rude attitude. So I just go to the cash machine take cash. When I back I realise another customer paying with bank transfer and I confront him. He try to excuse his poor attitude, but is no excuse for him after try to play with a long time customer. After this uncomfortable situation will be my last order from Mamas. I hope so the owner start make sure who he contract to be in the front line knows a bit more about customer service.

   Went down to Mama’s Pizza in Glodwick after hearing strong recommendations but come with a warning: it can be hit or miss. We definitely got the miss this time. Their donner is often hyped as the “best in the business,” but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the title. The naan was overloaded, but not in a good way. Some meat pieces were overcooked and dry, missing the juicy texture you’d expect. That said, the sauce was tasty and the salad was fresh, so not all bad! The pizza looked the part but didn’t taste fresh. The base felt like it was made the day before dense and lacking any real bite. Toppings and cheese were generous, but a poor base took away from what could have been a great pizza. If you’re after quantity or just want something greasy to fill a craving, it might do the job. But if you’re going in expecting “the best,” you’ll probably walk away disappointed.

   Ordered a fish naan but it wasn't fish, it had 3% fish and the rest was all batter, very dry and non edible. No salad or sauce either, just a naan and a few pieces of batter. Won't be buying from here again unfortunately.

   Food is nothing like how it used to be dry base on all pizzas rock solid and donner was burnt and dry to only thing that wasn’t messed up was the chips! Called back to complain and the man was a right weirdo.

   Been using this place for absolute year and over the time they have gone from strength to strength. I've just ordered 3x 12" pizzas for me and my kids, came withing the time specified. Anyway the driver was lovely only came to £27 for 4 cans and 3 large pizzas. Me not thinking gave the driver £40 instead of £30 and said keep the change... Started tucking into the food which I will add is absolutely tasty as always, around 10 minutes pass and I get a knock on the door, it was the driver. He realised my mistake without me even noticing and gave me my £10 back, simply because of his kindness I split it with him. Restores faith in society, there are some real honest people still out there and working for brilliant companies too! Thank you! 10 out of 10!
