   Pizza hut is always one of our family favourites, this restaurant is in a great location, plenty of parking and places to roam around before or after your meal. It salad buffet had its usual choices and staff would top up when prompted... it was fairly busy when we went so staff were rushed off their feet.. definitely would be worthwhile for them to have more staff as tables were a bit sticky, desserts didn't arrive so had to get it to take out instead and things like cutlery were expected to get self service... facilities were good though, staff were friendly and food was perfect. I would definitely come back.

   I came in on Sunday with my family. Hannah was really friendly and made my kids laugh. She helped us with ordering and made us feel like absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and everyone left full and happy. Thanks for making it such a nice family day Hannah.

The staff at this branch truly set the bar for outstanding service. The two ladies on duty that night went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and they certainly made our evening memorable. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Pizza Hut is known for its consistent quality, but this particular branch exceeded all expectations. The pizzas were a culinary delight, with a level of taste and quality that outshone any other Pizza Hut I've visited, including those in London. It's safe to say that Elk Mill's Pizza Hut has set a new standard for pizza perfection. In comparison to London branches, Elk Mill Pizza Hut stands head and shoulders above. The delightful atmosphere, coupled with the unparalleled service and delectable pizzas, makes this branch a must-visit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and savoring the unique flavors that set this Pizza Hut apart. Kudos to the fantastic staff for creating a dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Elk Mill Pizza Hut has won me over, and I can't recommend it enough to fellow pizza enthusiasts.

   Excellent pizza hut, salad bar is fresh and we was served promptly. Pizza, onion rings and garlic bread was perfect. The staff was more than happy to supply us with some boxes to take some food home as our eyes must have been bigger than out bellies!

   The pizza didn’t look very appetizing. I got the BBQ Americano. The tomato sauce looked like strawberry jam, the bbq sauce looked like ketchup. And when I was trying to get a slice, the pizza wasn't cut through all the way, so I had to cut it myself. When I was trying to cut through it, the pizza crust was very tough and hard. It didn't taste like pizza crust. I got fries too. They were room temperature when I got them. They hardly had any flavor. The salad bar was very good and so were the drinks. The place was very nice and clean though.
