This evening was the third time that my wife, son and I have visited the restaurant in 3 weeks. Every single meal we have had as been exemplary. Letβs be clear, this isnβt a fast food, knock out the pizzas , type of place, with things mass produced. This food is made to order by someone who takes great pride in his work.,Homemade pizzas and pasta are obviously available ( my pizza specialist , who is 10, says the pizzas are the best ever), but it is the specials for me, that steal the show. Very much dependent on what chef bought from the market on the day. The fish tonight was exquisite . My wife and I both agreed that these were probably the best Italian meals we had ever had. That includes our recent trip to Italy. Give it a go, you wonβt be disappointed

This place is a hidden gem! I ordered starter and main from the specials board. Both were delicious, freshly cooked and generous portion sizes. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the prices very reasonable. Bring your own booze was a bonus! Will definitely go back.

I have been to this restaurant a number of times, the service is always great, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is very good. It's a lovely little restaurant. Myself and my sister had a very nice meal there last night. I would recommend this restaurant.

TERRIBLE. Avoid this place at all costs. I had to ask to order drinks ask to order food. My friend asked I for no meat in her pasta and to get mushrooms in replace meat. That was not done even being stated by the server it would be sorted. The chef brought out the food rolling his eyes/ shaking his head and saying how the lad was useless serving the whole table heard this. Food arrived very poor standard I returned my pasta dish due to it having meatballs in this wasn't stated on the menu. I ordered a pizza in replace of the pasta I cut in the chicken to find it raw with blood still in the chicken due to it being uncooked. I returned the meal and said it was poor and uncooked. The chef was very rude and proceeded to raise his voice shaking his head. Very poor quality of food and even poor customer service I have posted on his Facebook page with a reply of: I have a bad attitude and I'm a loud mouth bully I never raised my voice at him the whole time I was in the restaurant and certainly didn't BULLY him The lad serving was constantly apologising and the way the chef spoke to that lad was disgusting

Update: Following a very unprofessional response from the takeaway, I thought it may be beneficial to share some photos of the soggy and thin base - which were sliced by me, an ex-pizza chef - so future customers can decide whether Iβm a βliarβ or not. Judging by their replies to other unhappy customers on here, Iβd say itβs like Hellβs Kitchen in there! And yes, I do often eat from Wetherspoons and can assure you that itβs nicer pizza than what we had on this occasion! Just ordered takeaway from here. The place is a 4 minute drive from here and the food was luke warm when it arrived so not sure how that happened. The pizza was not cut up so only order if you have a pizza cutter. The bases do not seem fresh - almost seems like a tortilla wrap. I guess the restaurant may be nicer considering all the reviews. The garlic bread compares well to a Wetherspoons one, was not fresh garlic butter and not sure how fresh the pepperoni was or on the quality of the cheese, although I may be wrong about the cheese.

This is a lovely, authentic (quirky), little Italian in Delph village. Lorenzo knows how to cook! If you want somewhere more authentic than a modern, standard restaurant with a huge menu, you really should give it a try, and support a small, local business. The pizzas are always great (no stuffed crust nonsense here) and the special, home made burger (2 delicious burgers in fact, in home made sourdough, not some floppy brioche, with skinny fries and slaw), was excellent. There's a review from a while back that refers to frozen food; absolute nonsense. Everything home made and cooked to order. Great food and service!

Great service and incredible food! The portion sizes were great, and the flavours were amazing! We'll definitely be coming back here again to sample more of the menu - what we did have was all amazing - 12 out of 10! Pictures are the Nduja and Potatoes Tapas, Vegetable Bruschetta Tapas, Seafood Pasta and Sirloin Steak with Tomato, Chili and Bean Ragu

I wasn't expecting much from somewhere based in an unconventional location but it really did impress me. The decor, staff and food were all top notch. The menu does change so take the menu below with a pinch of salt. However if you've been before and see something you like they'll happily accommodate you and try to make it for you. Give it a go!
