Disappointing Experience at Pizza Planet I recently purchased a chicken pizza from Pizza Planet, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Despite requesting extra chicken, I was shocked to find only 5-6 tiny pieces of chicken under the cheese layer when I got home. Given that I had guests over, I was looking forward to a hearty and satisfying meal. However, the lack of chicken was a major letdown. To make matters worse, when I asked for sausage, I was told I had to pay extra. I was taken aback, as I had already paid for the pizza and didn't expect to be charged more for a basic topping. When I questioned this, I was met with a dismissive response. In contrast, I've had a much better experience with Kastana Shawarma. When I ordered a pizza from them, they included sausage as a standard topping, without charging extra. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against visiting Pizza Planet. Their poor customer service, lack of generosity with toppings, and overall disappointing food quality make them a shop to avoid. Rating: 0/5 stars
Ordered chicken and donna mix All freshly cooked in front if you, portions was generous and the food was very very tasty. I would definitely recommend and will also be back again in future
Love how you delete my review after calling you out for making threats on Just Eat after failing to communicate and claim I tried to get a refund when I didn't. I notified Just Eat that the order was marked as delivered even though it wasn't and they refunded the order. I didn't specifically ASK them to refund, they did it automatically. Like I said in my previous review before it got deleted, don't make threats you can't back up. Looking at you responses on Just Eat against anyone who calls your shop out, shows how awful you all are and how childish you are that you blame customers for your own negligence.
Food was awful, got my order completely wrong after me telling them 3 times what I wanted. Nearly chipped my tooth on some grizzle in the ‘donner’ meat, and the chicken in the kebab was burnt outside and undercooked inside. They also charged me more when I arrived to pay as opposed to what they said on the phone. The place itself was very unclean and dingy, can already feel my stomach gurgling. Would definitely NOT recommend unless you want diarrhoea
Omg !! U wouldn’t think looking at it location that this place is any good but don’t be fooled it’s magnificent mixed Keebab everything was fresh presented excellent , hot , quick delivery

Don't order from here via Just Eat. If you cancel your order due to the delivery time being too long then you'll be charged £9.99 as a so called 'cancellation fee'. Absolutely Disgraceful.
Love this place food is great and The prices are totally affordable
Food came within the time given by the takeaway staff. The pizza and chips were top quality and the milkshake didnt dissapoint. Will be ordering from here again, one of the best around.
