   I came for the Christmas markets, unsure where to dine for the evening and cane into pizza express to look at the menu. I met Rob whom was extremely polite and kind. I booked a table for 6pm. The service from Rob was phenomenal. Thank you so much. We will come again. Give this man a raise. He is really good!!!!

   Well i just dont know where to start. Staying at roomz hotel and were very hungry after a great day in manchester, we've built an appitite. We were looking for something quick and cheap so ordered through pizza express. 20 min collection time i headed down to collect the pizza. On arrival no one greeted me, i waited for 3 or 4 mins and had to go in and struggled to find one staff member in a busy resteraunt (845pm). When i finally saw a member of staff she was on her own, running around like a headless chicken with many paying guests asking for extras, pay the bill extra drinks etx. After waiting 10 mins after my collection i got originally given the wrong order and had to address this. Eventually i got my order, walked to the hotel and tried our food. On first glance it looked acceptable not great for the price we paid, after the first bite it was luke warm at best, no bbq on and a small sprinkle of chicken. The base of the pizza was undercooked and was frankly shocking. I then tried the doughballs which were stone cold and the garlic butter was a lumpy clump ball. To say im starving is a understatement. Cant really afford or get another taleaway this late. Will be complaining to pizza express. Avoid this place. Also note, every single empty table in the resteraunt was stacked plates high full ofr rubbish and plates. Really not a good look for customers coming in for a nice date night meal.

   DOMINIC WILL LOOK AFTER YOU! Pizza was lovely, cheesy dough balls were great. Everything was tasty and hot. Our server was Dominic, he was very helpful, friendly and polite. He offered good service and supported us with the app! Would definitely come back again.

   My daughters and I were served by Dan who went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. My daughters eat a plant based diet and were not only provided with those menus but also plant based wine ones as well. Exceptional service, delicious pizzas and would highly recommend.

   I was greeted with a smile at the Manchester Corn Exchange I was with my son for a chat and food. We were directed to a convenient table. The service was good and our waitress Megan showed a good knowledge of the menu and was keen to make sure that all was well throughout our visit. The timing of the food delivery was good. The food was as good as the service. Recommend to friends.

   I really appreciated that they accommodated my allergies/intolerances I felt safe and they understood. Unfortunately the place was so so loud I had to shout to talk to the other people on table and it left me with a headache. Also I found the prices very expensive for what it was. I also thought it was unfair that a vegan margarita was more expensive than a regular. Essentially I had to pay more because of my allergies.

   The food was ok but hot drinks. A bit dissatisfied with my visit, we ordered some drinks but the ice machine was not working so we got no ice. The waitress didn't tell us about this problem until I asked for ice. She never offered any compensation or anything. The lasagna portion is a bit small but the taste was good. The doughballs are nice and the pesto for the mozzarella salad is very good. The Pollo pesto on the other hand was a bit gummy.
