   Absolutely devastating service. I ordered a 2 for 1 pizza and paid £24. ONE pizza came. When I called and asked for the other pizza, I was aggressively told I was wrong. So I was left with a single cold pizza which I paid £24 for. And there is nothing I can do about it. The service was shocking. And I'm a nice guy. Please, please avoid this place. It's a con. The pizza was terrible and the 'wedges' were cold and hard. I'm almost expecting a half-arsed apology by the owner on this review. "We're busy." I don't care. Give me my refund and stuff your apology as your shop is disgusting. I'll remove this post if a refund is provided.

   This place needs shutting down. They aren’t professional in the slightest. If you look at their responses to peoples honest reviews on just eat you’ll see how rude and cocky they are as well as lie. The food isn’t nice, the pizza’s are floppy and greasy. They’ve lost so much custom as it is and I recon it won’t be long until they don’t have any at all. They need to take responsibility instead of blaming the customer. All other customers who read the reviews before they order will notice how they always blame the customer and realise the problem lies with the staff, not the customer. Maybe it’s one for Tameside Council to investigate

   Ordered 1 spicy 1 meat feast sent me 4 Mexican heatwave when I rang them they wanted me to order another pizza disgusting I did double order but no meat feast won't order again and I'm a regular their loss

   I'm sorry to say but in years gone by the pizza has gone down hill. Ordered this evening and was told an hour to which an hour and a half later I phoned and asked what was going on. Was told they were busy and that he sent him out the door 15min ago. Another 20min later he turns up with tepped pizza all thin crust when ordered deep pan and the delevory driver didn't have change to brake a £20 and there was £4 change. As of witting this I'm still waiting on my change

   I have ordered twice previously and found the pizza to be decent and had high hopes for my third order. Unfortunately there was something not quite right with the pizza, the base was different, undercooked and tasted unpleasant. I called the shop and the person was very arrogant. He claimed it was my fault the pizza was bad because I ordered not long before they were closing and they had already turned the oven off to clean it. He then said that they had to take my pizza to the shop next door to cook it ! No offer of a replacement meal or refund was offered. If the manager thinks fobbing me off with such ridiculous excuses is good business practice then please continue to operate in this manner and watch your customers slowly abandon you for more consistent and professionally run businesses.
