   Ordered a mix kebab with special garlic bread , chips and a plain garlic bread. The kebab was small but no grease, delivered hot, earlier than.estimated. Big chicken chunks, salad was cold, fresh, naan bread was basically a wrap,the chilli sauce was the standard red stuff with pips.in chips were hot, special garlic bread has jalapeños on (requested no mushrooms) and was nice. The garlic bread was a bit plain . Price was expensive but good food .

   Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive and blamed on “traffic being busy”. Despite calls to them to ask for an update on delivery and being told it was the next one multiple times.

   The food is good. Service is okay There is contradiction in terms of payment,the e mail I received to acknowledge my order stated that one could pay via cash or credit/debit card in-store yet the webpage states cash only. I had no cash on me and tried to pay by debit card and I was told it was cash only. Therefore I went to the ATM next door and found they have started to charge a few for cash withdrawals. No choice but to get cash out. Posh nosh need to sort out the wording on the emails they send out to online customers.

   Member of staff required visual inspection of home to satisfy that the order was incorrect. Food was good, but one item (a main meal for one person) was missing (this was a £60 order). Called up the business, where they kept telling us it had been packed. Eventually they decided to attend the property and ask to see all the food. As you can imagine, by the time this has all happened the guest no longer wanted their food, and when they said this, the staff decided it was no longer the biggest issue they had, and so would fulfill the order. They sent the burger and, as some sort of desperate gesture of good will, added a plain fries... They think we'd eat the food they prepared after attending the property to essentially accuse us of theft? All food prepared after the 'home inspection' obviously went straight in the bin. Complete waste of time. An awful experience all because they believed we were desperate for a free vegetarian burger -_- Above all else, I'd really like the business to think about whether these visual inspections are necessary and how much distrust in the business this creates. You made an error/mistake, we had some disgruntled employee/owner attend the property to prove us right?! We'll obviously never order again.

   Just ordered a crispy chicken wrap meal. The chips cannot be described as “chips”. Disgusting hard tasteless rubbish. The wrap is like a flat pancake. Complete waste of money.
