Thin crust pizza is more like a cracker with cheese and toppings. Refunded and will not be using this chain in the future.
RAW - DISGUSTING - JOKE Disgusting behaviour from branch manager and the staff. I'm a regular customer but placed an uber order today and received a horrible tasting pizza (i ordered a cheese sauce vege supreme) pizza came and appeared to be raw and uncooked. I understand that the white sausenis white but the cheese looked uncooked too. What disappointment me was when I called the restaurant they said they will only replace if the pizza is not eaten. How can it be not eaten, it looked horrible but I gave it a benefit of the doubt and tasted it to make sure that it doesn't taste as horrible as it looks but when i tasted it, it tasted even horrible. Upon arguing restaurant said they will accept two pieces eaten only and will only return the horrible tasting cheese sauce pizza. I ASKED IF THEY CAN DO A TOMATO SAUCE because the cheese sauce if that's the problem I don't want that, but they gave me another pizza of a same kind. When your customer is happy you should make them happy not complain about what they want. I'm never buying from here again and will not recommended it to my circle.look at the picture of a slightly over cooked Pizza and uncooked pizza (uncooked is a bit red cause I added tabasco but it was all white pale)...
I received a confirmation email at 19:26 and a phone call at 19:58 informing me that my order for a pizza with the double decadence base could not be fulfilled. I requested an explanation for the delay and was told the order had just been received. The staff member offered to add cheese sauce to the base which I declined. The only alternative was a stuffed crust which my hosts did not want. I asked the staff member if I could be compensated for the inconvenience. I was not seeking monetary compensation but a drink or side dish. She then referred me to the manager who was extremely rude. He asked what I wanted and I repeated that my order could not be fulfilled if I was notified over 30 minutes later. He offered a refund or the cheese sauce. I explained my dissatisfaction with the poor level of communication and the lack of acknowledgement of my frustration. I asked if I could be compensated by receiving two garlic and herb sauces which the manager refused to provide as he has no authority to do so. As a loyal customer, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I understand that mistakes can occur but the attitude and lack of customer service from the ‘manager’ are unacceptable.
Ordered from ubereats. Woww!! Thanks people. Thought it wasn't gna arrive at first. Called a couple dominoes nearby and they told me my order isn't with them then it shows up and it's one of the best tasting pizzas I've had in a while. Thanks! I needed this.
Absolute disgrace. Ordered 13 items for Christmas eve treat only 7 items arrived and 3 of them were wrong. Rang straight away to rectify and all seemed good. After an extra hour and nobody wanting to eat anymore rang back for a refund on missing items and was told 'not a chance' and told his driver who was stood next to him 'don't bother taking that order their not having it and he isn't getting a refund either'.. Really rude and unprofessional from the so called manager. I will be telling people in the local area to boycott this place at all costs! Thank you Heaton Chapel dominoes for ruining our Christmas eve!
Never ordering from them. My neighbour had to call me for help as the driver wouldnt bring the food to her door(she has hurt her leg and cant walk). She was so apologetic and i of course didnt mind helping her, but the driver could easily have just taken the food to her flat.
Horrific customer service. I hurt my ankle and can’t walk. The driver refused to come to the door of my flat, and stood at the entrance of the building. I had to call my neighbour for help to get the food. Never ordering from them again.
Horrendous service and very very rude staff Really should learn how to train staff with customer service skills as its very poor Arrived with missing items and didn’t offer a refund and when they had to go back told us they would be a few minutes and returned 40 minutes later when the rest of the food was cold Rang to explain the situation as we were unhappy and they didn’t have a care in the world
We've been ordering there for a few years and I must admit we really enjoy their pizzas, but today we got a piece of bacon in our vegetarian pizza!!! I rang them up and told them what happened and was really disappointed with how this was treated. Although I didn't ask them to send me another pizza, I did make it clear that I was ringing to make them aware of such a big mistake - as I don't eat pork. The response I got was very unapologetic - it felt like they only said sorry because they had to! Very disappointed, won't be ordering again :(
