The only problem I can see is the street the pizza place is on is not a good place to be because it's like a gang neighbourhood
So many things wrong with this place. First off, horrible customer service, the lady on the phone cannot understand English even to a decent extent making it hard to communicate the order to her. Secondly, the food was inedible; the nachos were so cold and stiff that I couldn't even get them out of the container and not to mention the lack of salsa sauce on them, the spaghetti bolognese were basically cut up into pieces and hardly had any meat in them, it was basically mouthfuls of tomato sauce, then the so called 'Giant Lamb Doner' was incredibly small and burnt and also came with tomatoes and lettuce which was not mentioned in the description, then the meat from the burger was so burnt it was completely ash black and the top bun was clearly days old as it crumbled to pieces and the chips were also very burnt and inedible. Furthermore, we ordered an extra side of chips to eat with the burger because in the description on their website it did not mention including chips yet to our surprise it did come with chips, also obviously burnt. For the burger we asked for extra bacon which clearly wasn't an issue at the time yet 50 minutes later when we call to ask what is taking so long, the response is, 'we didn't know we don't have bacon'. Keep in mind they said it would take 30-35 minutes to arrive and we then got our food a whole hour later. When we called and asked to speak to the manager we got told that she will call us tomorrow. What is talking to her the next day going to help with?? Overall, we spent £30 on inedible food that we also had to wait an hour for, just to chuck it in the bin. We also did not get even one apology for any of this so the customer service definitely also needs to be fixed as this is completely unacceptable. This was the last time we are ever ordering from this place.
Do not waste your money. The food is shockingly bad, everything is cook in old oil and tastes foul.
Disgusting food. Their ‘buffalo’ wings was made with ketchup sauce and bbq wings was made from sugar sauce. Rest was mediocre. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Ordered Ribs. £9 the ribs were inedible chewy and not enough for one. I complained at time they gave me a small pizza. Took food home not enough and disgusting food manager no help do y buy ribs they are terribleabsolutelyterrible. Called manager she said I had
Absolutely disgusted at the fact they put 'halal' on the Just Eat description and openly delivered pork meat to my door. The woman I had spoken to had no remorse and simply said cancel your order to get your money back, with no explanation and to top this had the cheek to refuse giving her name so I could make an official complaint. Matter will be taken further!
The best pizza in the town!! Highly recommended, I choose Papa’s special from the menu
Sometimes it takes the little guy's to show the big guy's how it's done... These guys deliver better and faster pizzas than Pizza Hut or Dominos, still room for improvement but definitely on their way ! I love their Hawaiian Pizza ! Fresh dough, friendly service just missing something to take them to the next level. Perhaps bring back the £3 Pedros deal ;) ( small pizza, cheesy garlic bread and a can drink for £3 lunch time deal only )
