Definitely my favourite pizza place in the area. The staff is friendly and charcoal dough is just amazing. I ordered twice a week. Cannot resist
I just order a pizza through uber eats and the pizza box was without sealing and half open! Pizza completely cold and it will go in the bin since everyone could have touched! Money wasted and not even a number to call for complaint
We paid £3 extra for a stuffed crust only for it to come on the side in a little plastic pot still half frozen. The pizza was very watery and they were very stingy with the toppings.
I am a loyal guest of Zia Lucia and since now I loved the Margherita, that generally is very nice. But I am very disappointed of the order I received today: I ordered prosciutto cotto on my Margherita paying extra, and got prosciutto crudo instead that I can’t eat! The side focaccia I ordered was completely burned and not eatable… I don’t know what’s happened to this place quality but definitely I won’t order from here again. I didn’t even received to get a refund! I can’t believe it! I am very disappointed!
Hands down one of the best pizza places in Wembley. Orders are placed via your phone or using the touch screen interface. You can choose a variety of bases from traditional to charcoal and the tomato sauce is flavourful. This is Neapolitan pizza at its best. The crust is fluffy and doughy whilst the base is thin and crispy. It is baked to perfection in a wood fired oven. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours and it is quite pricey. I don’t usually write bad reviews or stuff like that. Now, take a look at this Pizza guys. If you can even call this a pizza. 15£ for an uncooked piece of dough with a little splash of tomato sauce and too much mozzarella , oh and few pieces of tasteless courgettes for 2.50£ . You can clearly see there is not much effort or passion put in this, not surprised seeing the grumpy faces behind the counter.
Me and my partner always eat here when we come to Boxpark. The guys working here are really nice and have magic hands! We moved from Italy to he UK a couple of years ago and this is definitely the best pizza we tried since being here, real italian ingredients and the dough is always perfect and easy to digest (problem that I had in other places when the dough is not well leavened). The prices are also really good for the quality you get. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
£13.50 for a slab of cheese which slid off the undercooked base when you lifted the pizza. What a dissapointment. I've eaten in almost all of the box park outlets and this comes close to the worst. Really disappointing. To add to that i was immediately taken back by the hygiene. Having started to prepare the food after being on his phone I would have expected the chef to wash his hands. I was looking forward to authentic Italian Pizza.. I didn't get it here!!
