   Truly disgusting service from this place. Twice now I have ordered pizzas. The first time they turned up late and this time it's not even arrived. The manager seemed less than sincere in his apology, the pizza was ready 45 minutes prior to me phoning to say it hasn't arrived. Offered to remake but what's the point when the delivery driver can't turn up?? Genuinely needs to be an investigation by the brand as this franchise is doing you harm!

   Since this place has gone under new management the customer service is very poor! I waited over an hour before I called to find out where the order was. No one answered and then 35 minutes later the order arrived, barely warm, then to apologies I was emailed a voucher code for a free medium pizza. The code doesn’t even work I phoned up to ask and was told nothing they can do what an absolute joke I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here!

   Arrived 1:35 minutes late. Had to phone 3 times to chase up the order. Was told on the app that my food had been delivered. Phoned again to told me that would be another 10 minutes. When food arrived it was stone cold, wouldn’t provide a refund! Won’t be using again!

   Absolutely disgusting service. Delivery driver walking up and down the street I noticed so went to him and he's carrying my order and another sideways, asked to see the pizza before he went and he's saying its absolutely fine nothing to worry about. Took over and hr to deliver and Pizza were cold and ruined , rang shop for refund got blanked so had to waste time collecting a reorder and they wasn't even bothered nor were customer service. Ive had frozen pizza with better quality. Reply - There won't be a next time.

   This afternoon, I ordered a pizza for a family gathering, specifically requesting extra mushrooms. However, upon delivery, it arrived without the mushrooms. After a brief discussion with the manager, they promptly returned with a new pizza. I'm incredibly impressed by the service provided. Thank you!

   Been here at least 10 times and the pizzas are consistently great. They use fresh ingredients, Every time. I have never had a bad pizza from here. The staff are so friendly too. Not a bad word to say. Oh yeah and the prices are always reasonable. Any large pizza 7.99, you don't need discount deals at those prices. The guy even brought our pizzas to the car cos we had our hands full.

   Stay well clear of the the philly cheese steak ! Looks nothing like the picture with the big chunks of steak. There was about 3 little pieces the size of a thumbnail. It's basically a pizza with no tomato base and loads of onions. Disgusting.
