   Alex is fantastic! I was greeted so warmly by everyone downstairs and then Alex upstairs was just great - friendly, really efficient without rushing anyone, knew all about the menu, suggested I download the app and explained the fab rewards (I received free dough balls!). It was incredibly busy and he was calm throughout - every table sparkling clean after guests had gone - it was all under control! Food was fab, piping hot and fresh. Really great! Thank you Alex!

   Right next to Kew Gardens station. (District line. )Yum yum! Reasonably priced for London, but absolutely great tasting. Last-minute dinner after the Halloween event at Kew gardens. By the time it got past 8.30 pm, it quiet down. The kids went home and there were more tables. Fast and great service. Went on a Monday.

   It was an unforgettable experience we had while enjoying our daughter's birthday at Pizza Express with "Make your own Pizza style" by the kids themselves, Amir (The Pizza Chef) was the hero where all the kids follow his simplified instructions to make the perfect pizza. Every chapter of the birthday has been executed perfectally, Many Thanks to Amir.

   Amazing time here. Was looked after a lovely lady called C.J never have we ever met such a friendly, kind and lovely waitress as C.J she made our experience just the best ! She was so attentive so welcoming and so helpful !!! Also shout out to all the other friendly staff who was so lovely and friendly !!! We will definitely come back very soon !!

   Pizza Express remains one of my favourite go to casual dining experiences. The location between the gardens and the station makes it easy to reach and a good choice after a walk around Kew. The vegan menu is separate and changes often so it’s worth asking for. There was no aubergine when we visited, but there were still enough options. I shared the dough balls with omnivores which isn’t always possible, so I appreciate the dietary accommodation! Service was friendly. The staff adjusted the menu to suit preferences and made sure everything was right. Both our server and the maître d’ checked in, which was appreciated. Our leftovers were boxed up without trouble.

   Perfect place, very nice looking and delicious food! Pizza, pasta, cocktails, deserts, even hot dough balls with garlic butter! Waitress Sandra is very attentive and helpful, always willing to make your stay the best, and also another waiter Alexis who started to make jokes and show amazing tricks with cards! Pizza express food and those two waiters made our evening!

   Lovely team here at the Kew Pizza Express branch. We came around lunchtime, they were quite busy and booked but made space for the five of us to eat. The food came promptly and was good value for money, each pizza was around £15 and came with ample toppings! Big thanks to the staff who served us today, especially Gazal & Andrew!

   The worst Pizza Express I've ever visited. Such bad service and questionable hygiene. From the person at the door coughing heavily with a half worn mask on; to the lack of soap in the toilet. When I asked for soap to wash my hands, I was told to go into the kitchen. Even that sink didn't work well, the staff member had to keep punching it to make the water flow. The food would've have been 5 stars (for Pizza Express standard) if I didn't witness it sitting on the counter for ages while staff reached over allowing their sleeves to graze it during their conversations over mine and other people's food. Then a server who has just wiped down a table proceeded to use his bare unwashed hands to move my Pizza on the plate and pick up a wedge of lemon he was going to serve me Wouldn't recommend.

   We made a reservation for 3 with 30 minutes notice and had no problem geting a table . We had a choice of upstairs or downstairs. Downstairs was a bit more lively but we went upstairs because it was quieter. Food was what you expect at Pizza Express so pleasant enough - probably my favourite fast food pizza chain, although it's a shame they don't do a Four Season pizza any more, that was always a good reason to go. Service was friendly, the speed was about right and food arrived hot. My only issue was the pomegranate and lemonade drink. It was made with sweetener and was disgusting. I appreciate the reasons for it, and it's probably fine if you don't mind that sort of thing but it would be nice to have options other than Coco Cola or alcohol. Not withstanding that, I haven't been to. Pizza Express for quite a while but I'll happily go back when I'm in the area.
