   Phoned in order was advised 35 minutes ONE HOUR AND FORTY minutes later with hungry grandchildren waiting I had to order from competitors who delivered piping hot within 25 minutes. During that extended wait I tried to ring NOONE picked up in over 15 mins of holding on! What type of business doesn’t answer calls or deliver within estimated time this was not acceptable and I would be hesitant to buy from there again. I have had to advise credit card I didn’t receive service paid for and left it in their hands PAPPAS might have just lost a long standing customer and I wouldn’t recommend the only way they could change my mind is to be decent and refund my money ASAP but I doubt this would happen. If it does I will revise this post to add they did but won’t hold my breath! UPDATE as expected papa johns refuses to refund offering me a voucher for a medium pizza which I wouldn’t touch with bargepole! No apology or concern so all I can say to people is….. order from here at your own risk you may get what you ask for but you may not which is an expensive risk to take imho! This has taught me an expensive lesson. I won’t ever buy take out pizza again least of all from papa johns who are the worse company I have dealt with in years. Sadly once bitten twice shy!

   If I could leave ZERO I would. Ordered 2 large pizzas from UberEats. Arrived stone cold and chewy. Inedible. Even my teenage son wouldn't eat a second slice, he'll usually eat pretty much anything! Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Honestly a complete joke and a disgrace. Paid almost £50 to feel ill.

   The magherita pizza is really nice I usually get from here it's got a decent taste .The dough balls are tasty and they got good garlic and cheesy texture the food is always hot never received it cold I'm happy with this service .

   Absolutely spot on! Ordered a half-and-half pizza (Mexican and Chicken Fajita), garlic cheese bites and peri peri chicken poppers — and everything was banging. The flavours were on point, loads of topping, and it all arrived piping hot. The garlic cheese bites were proper cheesy and the peri peri chicken had a decent kick without being too spicy. Definitely one of the best Papa John’s orders I’ve had. Will be ordering again soon!

   After waiting 50 minutes for the pizza to arrive cold wet and chewy, I called the store to tell them my concerns, they were rude unhelpful and eventually slammed the phone down on me. I went straight to the store to return the pizzas and receive a refund. They refused and pretended I wasn’t there! All 6/8 of them ignored me. I got it all on video and I have emailed the company directly. Terrible terrible service. Such a shame that this group that have the franchise are letting what is normally quite a good pizza down. I will be getting my refund, you can be sure of that. Where are your standards guy’s? Review update * After contacting their head office via email I received my refund & apology. Even though the store refused to deal with me. Other reviews highlight the issue of food not being up to standard, not arriving at all or phones being slammed down on customers. I also put a case in with Resolver. A brilliant website that does all the hard work for you.

   Great food , but delivery drivers will not come near you apartments or too your door , park in car parks near a hood 5 minute walk away , when you ask them to deliver to door step they say not papa johns company policy

   Ordered pizza though just eat. Did not arrive. No call, sounded clueless as to how this had happened and then tried to charge for 'redelivery'. Worst pizza I never had.

   My street is littered by leaflets from them. My house has a no leaflet sign on the door and there were 4 under my wiper blades on my car. Everyone has just eat we don't need leaflets anymore it's a waste of trees. I will never order from them again.

   Ordered on Christmas day as family member had a stroke and had non food all day. Was led on for 3 hours “oh 15 min away” every time we called and laughed at down the phone! No food and no refund, £40 robbed! No one has reached out! Very rude managers I will be coming to the store to collect my refund if nobody gets in contact. Disgraceful and shameful experience.

   IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD!!!! Didn’t receive my pizza when I tried to ask where it was I got a really unprofessional argument from the employee. They refused to send out another pizza and practically STOLE my money. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY!!!!!
