   Fully loaded, genuinely delicious pizza. We ordered the medium for each of our daughters and it’s one of the few times where they actually ate all of it. Well done to all of the staff.

   Wish I had taken proper photos before sending the food back. This was second time ordering from this place. First time it was delicious. We ordered exactly the same items: crispy beef, prawn tempura, chicken balls, spring rolls and chicken chow mein. Literally all deep friend items were completely overdone, to the point of prawn disappearing inside the tempura. Called the restaurant, the guy on the phone seemed very polite, apologised and said he will send the new order and to provide the food to show the chef. We put all deep fried items back in the box, apart from what we ate (we each dished the stuff up and tried eating it before deciding it's just not ok, and we should let them know. The guy called back telling me there is nothing wrong with the food, that's how it should be (my spring rolls were mostly dark brown and it's my favourite chinese snack, so I think I know what they look like...) and then proceeded to shout at my partner and told him to come to the shop and he will slap him. Absolutely shocking customer service. And even the replacement food was not that good. Will never order again. When did even getting a take away become stressful and abusive?!

   I ordered food last week, it took two hours to receive my delivery. The staff was very unprofessional as they hanged up on me while I was talking to them over the phone. I guess one of the staff member was drunk as I ordered pizza and they have sent me Chinese takeaway. Very unprofessional and rubbish customer service. Do not order from this takeaway shop.

   Hello there, why did you accept our order, take payment and then not deliver our order due to you closing? That makes no sense. You took payment and didn't even deliver our food to us. It is beyond incompetent. We thankfully cancelled our order via Just Eat after waiting nearly 3 hours. Just Eat refunded and compensated us for this very unprofessional issue that we had experienced with ordering from this pathetic excuse of a "restaurant". We had initially tried calling China Palace to check on the status of our order. However, their phone line is constantly engaged (which is dubious). I strongly urge and highly advise to everyone: do not order from China Palace. As they may not only take your money but also provide you with some of the worst takeaway services and experiences you may have ever experienced in your life. They are utterly despicable.

   The food was terrible. I bought three dishes via Deliveroo and it was the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. Prawn fried rice was bland. The prawns felt like they had been added to the rice rather than fried together. Tasteless. Crispy lamb was cremated and was hard to chew. Small pieces of sweet and sour chicken covered in batter. Where was the chicken in those pieces. Would never order from this place again! First and Last!!!

   They sent the wrong order, after phoning them the guy was very rude to me and told me to call deliveroo to arrange another pick up. From an initial 20minute wait the whole order took an hour. The food isn't particularly good I know from now on I will not be using this company again. There are good Chinese takeaways out there and these guys aren't one of them. Very poor and lesson learnt, you won't be getting my money again!!!!

   The worst delivered meal ever. Ordered through just eat a few nights ago. Have hear nothing back from Just eat or the restaurant. This is the review I left on the app: Bad quality. Special fried rice, not fried, and not special! Usually this comes with some pieces of meat etc in sauce on top of the rice, this was just boiled rice mixed with some meats and small prawn. Chicken balls delivered without sweet and sour sauce, and very small pieces of meat with lots of batter. Crispy beef had no visible beef and delivered covered in sweet and sour sauce. I order this combo frequently. This was the worst ever. I don't think this was prepared by a Chinese chef! Avoid!
