My local Pizza Hut is closed so I come back here when I'm in town. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious.
I have been a regular customer of this shop and usually appreciate the friendly attitude of the team members. However, I am very disappointed with the behavior of the manager. Unlike the rest of the staff, he has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the mistake made by the shop, he refused to take responsibility and went as far as banning us from the shop, which is unacceptable. I truly don’t understand how such behavior is tolerated in a managerial position. For reference, I am attaching proof of purchase (pizza order) to support my concern. I hope this issue is taken seriously, as it affects the trust and respect regular customers like me have for this business
Has better & worse pizzas, but service could be better. There is a driveway to the side which leads to a small parking area, this is handy knowing with where it’s situated.
Tried to order a pizza using their online £8.99 offer, however the order could not be completed. Called the branch and they said it was due to a system issue, and offered zero help. Would make sense to have an override so we could order over the phone, but they didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t place our order. Ended up going to Domino’s.
Terrible pizza which was delivered late...arrived to us in a soggy box. The pizza was cold and tasteless. The staff didn't pick up the phone and after several tries they answered but refused to give money back. Will not go there again.
Ordered puzza today came after 50 minutes.. barely warm. Called them explained to them and guy just hangs up on me. Was a regular customer won’t be ordering from them again!! Very disappointed!!! Lost a good customer!!
Went to pizza hut recently and asked what deals they have , because no one In there right mind spends 15 quid plus for a solo pizza , the only offer they had was buy one get one free , I'm one man am I meant to multiply my self to have two large pizzas ? If you can do by one get one free you should do half price , especially when you have dominos and papa johns over the road
Just had really poor service from here. Delivery driver was sat outside our house for nearly 10 minutes and went to the wrong house twice. When he finally came up our drive I asked him what he was doing & he was so rude to me, couldn't explain even though our house number clearly visible. He also lied to the restaurant, told them there was no-one in! Won't be ordering from here again.
