   Mario's is a brilliant alternative and the only real competition to the Dominos pizza place in Sherburn. They have similar price points for the pizzas but much better value and choice when it comes to sides such as fries or meaty items. They're quick to answer the phone and take an order. Delivery is quick and reliable, even during peak times. Occasionally we're unable to get through the phone line, but a few minutes later it'll be ok. Nice and genuinely friendly staff. I'm still disappointed that there is no online ordering option or use of card payments but I suspect it's easier to control the workload and quality when it's all cash without online orders. The kitchen and waiting area are clean and spacious with a good window view - could use a replacement bench seat as the cushion was showing through the leather when we visited (sept24)...most importantly, the food we've tried is brilliant and I would highly recommend it.

   Food was on time. Ordered a meat feast pizza with jalapeños- was hot when arrived and very fresh and tasty. Fresh ingredients and looked good too. Fries were also fresh and piping hot, with lots of lovely chip spice on. 8/10 will order again

   After living in Selby for 5 years and having poor takeaways, it’s a delight to order from Mario’s. The lamb shish was lovely and I appreciate the red cabbage within my salad to add to my pitta with lovely garlic sauce and chilli sauce, (that’s actually nice and hot!) Delivery took an hour but I was happy with my order when it arrived. I also love having my chips in a bag as it spreads the chip spice all over and I can eat them like a bag of crisps and the bag keeps them hotter for longer! Great work thanks Mario’s :)

   Hit n miss. Nice pizza but doner kebab wasn't good. Meat wasn't freshly carved and meat i got was crusty.
