   Would leave zero stars if I could, I wouldn't bother ordering from here, by the time it actually gets to you if it even does, it's mediocre at best They use uber for delivery, which takes a lifetime to find a driver, you get assigned one then the orders not ready so they cancel trip, all the while your order is just sat there in a box under a heater lamp going dry For the prices they charge it's an absolute joke, no idea how this franchise on York Road is even going still, won't be ordering again, three times this happened now, benefit of doubt but not no more.

   Order from them frequently, food always arrives quickly and still piping hot. Honestly for takeout, the food is great! Veggie options are top tier! Drivers are always lovely. Just genuinely impressed and appreciative of the staff who work till 4am and still manage to get the food spot on every time. Much love to the team!

   They delivered the wrong pizza. When I rung, they said they had received the wrong order from their order system and that it’s the softwares fault. Took no responsibility for their own mistake and got funny when asked for a refund or redelivery of the correct pizza. Terrible service, avoid at all cost

   Worst pizzas I have ever had!! The dough was stale and chewy barely no cheese!! I've had better pizzas from Fred in a shed that still tasted better 2 days later!!! Avoid!!! Only saving grace was the delivery driver who played happy birthday from his car after he seen the balloons at the door!!

   Pizza was ok, I had to use deliveroo as PJ wouldn't deliver directly to me in tadcaster. I couldn't belive the amount of grease from the pizza, I also had the little potatoes things and the popcorn chicken, they were awful, cold and rubbery. I didn't eat any more than 1 for fear of being ill. Don't think I'll try them again.

   Absolutely fantastic food. However the service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered online, I phoned an hour later to see where the food was and they said they didn't have an order come through. We went to the store, showed them the order email and bank transaction, but they still made us order and pay again. Still currently disputing the first payment with the bank. Bloody useless

   Dripping with grease, luke warm and bland in flavour. Then turned my guts inside out at 5am. Avoid! Nothing like other Papa John's.

   Use to love papa johns, but last few times its gone downhill, my daughter margarita has hardly any cheese, its like tomato on bread, the toppings are sparse, try not doing so many offers if you can't maintain the quality of the pizzas

   Over 2 hour wait for a single large fungi pizza. Was told 40 minutes when I called up they said another 45 mins. Simply not on for a pizza. This seems to be a franchise and I recommend papa johns look into this as there brand is being damaged. Do not order!

   I'm order thiny crust I'm have different is very it is uncooked and chewy secound I'm order double mushroom but was only 5 sliced mushroom I'm order XXL and a have just one small dip. When I call to back to the shop and speak about my order them cut my off.Very rude person just one no wants hear my complain My pic in the wall look much better than pizza.
