Came in for lunch, the place wasn’t very busy when we arrived, but the service was a bit slow, especially when we were ready to order, and the pizzas took quite a while to come out. That said, the food was delicious. We ordered the buffalo mozzarella and burrata pesto pizzas, and both were excellent.
This place is an absolute gem with funky music, great service and AMAZING pizza! Francisca took excellent care of me and custom pizza came out super quick! The tomato sauce was done just right and crispy crust was also perfect. I have walked passed this place so many times and decided to pop in one cold and wet night - so happy I’d did and so sad I didn’t do it earlier!
Perfect combination of flavours I mixed the smoked aubergine parmegiana with toppings of Ragu pizza (All I want for Christmas is Ragu). I need to emphasise the empasto and the perfect cooking consistency (not raw , not burned). Thanks to Giampiero and Indre for the service. And also the pizza chefs (pizzaiolos) Angelo and Roberto Pineapple Margarita cocktail also amazing
Lovely young man who serve there and polite too. The pizza was very nice and also the Italian orange lemonade. The mozzarella bites were nice too. The place is just overpriced though. The price does not match the quality and taste. I also asked politely for the removal of the 12.5% service charge that we have been seeing too much in London which is shameful. I will not support this system. If the staff is not paid well, the employer should pay them more. The food is overpriced enough!
We stayed nearby for a short trip and we're very glad to have stumbled on this amazing place! Very authentic thin pizzas and although I couldn't pronounce the name of my pizza it was absolutely delicious. I wish I could bring a bucket of the white truffle dip home with me!
The pizza was quite expensive but pretty good. The staff were nice and active but the dessert was far too expensive for its size. For reference, it was smaller than the size of my palm but to be fair it was tasty, though it's hard to mess up an ice cream dish.
“My new favorite pizza flavor” This was my girlfriend's feedback after tasting the Mushrooms & Truffle pizza at Pilgrims. The pizza was simply delicious. I got the Double Pepperoni & Spicy Honey and loved it as well. For drinks, we got the Italian and Camden Pale Ale beer, which was great. The decoration is super beautiful, and you will laugh at the pizza boxes on the wall. Luigi and his team were fantastic. The service and kindness were outstanding from the very first moment we stepped into the restaurant.
So happy that another Pizza Pilgrim has opened in London! Each one has its own cool vibe but with this place, they've used the small space at the front of the restaurant in such a clever way and made little alcove seating so you feel like a kid in a den! There are tables at the back and a largish booth in the middle with comfy seating. The pizza and beer is delicious as always and our waitress Rosa was absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend and will be coming here again!
Best pizza in town! Exceptional service from Antonella and her team. I recommend the double pepperoni pizza to everyone. We will visit again.
