   Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Ordered online and the order was changed from my order. Tried to ring 3 times and each time they said they couldn't understand us. Will never use again, there online order system needs sorting and also there arrogant staff

   I can't give any less, the food is fine, I had no issues with what we've been served when we've been served but their advertising tactics are atrocious! They offer discount codes on their menu, on the counter in the store! You can go pick them up today! 30% Discount, and a few others to be used Monday & Tuesday. So I tries to order online, puts in the 30% discount code, it doesn't work. Infact none of the codes on the menu worked at all! So I thought, no problem, the guys are normally alright in the store we'll go up and order it instore and get it sorted. When we got the to store, the girl on the counter said "I can't put discounts on at the till it has to be done online". I told them that's not good enough, I'll just go elsewhere, the prinicpal we chose to order due to the discount. She went off to speak to someone. She came back and offered 10%. I said this still isn't good enough, the man she went to speak to come to the till, told us the discount code isn't available anymore (they had 200+ menus on the counter with the code on!) I told them that's a terrible way to advertise and we will just go elsewhere. His attitude then was just shrugging his shoulders, "I offered you 10% what more do you want" I told him 30, he said no. So I left and went elsewhere. Be very careful of a company that offer discount codes, even send out texts with the same code on, and they do not work! It's not fair and it's not good advertising. I encourage anyone else with the same story to also leave a review.

   Erm. Pizza oh dear. !. ...erm! shop bought pizza base with a curious way of making pizza which when i think about it isn't really pizza. It was round shop bought processed bread with tomatoe sauce and then pepperoni topped with cheese. Which meant the pepperoni was raw/ uncooked. Now if you have ever eaten uncooked pepperoni out of a packet it's not nice. Did I take it back? No! Did I complain? No. I was about seven miles away when I opened the box so, no I didn't. Anyhoo! sorry but never again.And since I was only passing through and live 200 miles away that will be the case. But that dosnt mean to say their other food isn't any good. As I didn't try anything else. Google asked me for my experience and I put it in words. I have travelled and worked on 4 continent's now. Erm no! no!. Pizza? no! It was not. Sorry. Staff were pleasant and the place looked very clean .

   Really fast delivery tonight. Pizzas were both lovely - couldn’t even get a photo taken quickly enough! Italian thin base is great. Also got chips and everything was nice and hot by the time it arrived. We have an awkward address and they called in advance to make sure they had it right which I thought was fantastic service. Will definitely be ordering again!
