   First time me and my partner went to collect pizza and they falsely advertised deal prices. Then last time and absolutely appalling experience with this Papa John’s branch. My partner and I ordered food through Deliveroo, spent over £30, and ended up with nothing to show for it. The order never arrived, despite us waiting well past the estimated time. The restaurant then tried to shift the blame, claiming they’d called us “several times,” which is simply untrue we checked the call logs, and there was not a single missed call. When we phoned to ask what had happened, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, with no apology or attempt to resolve the matter. This branch clearly has no respect for customers, no professionalism, and no customer service standards. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want your time, money, and patience thrown away.

   Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed a £30+ order from this Papa John’s through Deliveroo. The delivery was supposed to arrive around 22:00. I waited over an hour after the estimated time — and nothing arrived. I provided clear delivery instructions and stayed by the phone the entire time. The restaurant claimed they called me “multiple times,” but I have proof on my call log that no one ever called me. When I called to ask what happened, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. No apology, no explanation, and no help. To make it worse, Deliveroo support refused a refund because the restaurant falsely claimed I was unresponsive. So I lost £30+ for nothing. No food, no service, and absolutely zero accountability from this location. Avoid this Papa John’s if you value your time, money, and basic decency. Terrible service, dishonest communication, and no customer care whatsoever.

   recently ordered from Papa John’s and was really impressed! The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft inside—and the toppings were generous and high-quality. I especially loved the garlic dipping sauce; it’s a must-have! The staff was friendly and the delivery was faster than expected. You can tell they care about consistency and customer satisfaction. Definitely my go-to when I’m craving a solid, satisfying pizza. Highly recommend!

   I tried Papa Johns for the first time on Thursday. They had a lunch deal, just £2.99 for a personal pizza. Myself and a work colleague ordered one. The website took my money and order was processing, but never went to the 'in the oven' stage. 1 hour after I ordered (had called a lot and no answer), I decided to drove over. When I got there, the guy in store explained there was some sort of issue opening up and he had been called in to cover. He couldn't find my order but after showing him the confirmations I had, he started working on the pizza. He actually made me a small pizza instead of a personal to apologise. The pizza was OK, not dominoes quality, but if you don't want to remortgage your house they seem to be an affordable option. Not the greatest first experience though overall.

   I had pizza from here this weekend and wow! The pizzas were delicious but the delivery driver we had, Seb, was even better! Really polite and delivered it quickly. I dont usually write reviews but in this case I had to he was such a nice man. 10/10 recommend hope we get Seb again. He deserves a raise for going above and beyond

   Paid £25 for two pizza offer. Supposed to be the Wworks. Slap dash pizzas. Absolute disgrace. Food was also raw. Kept food to send to head office. No customer support.

   Delivered quickly but the pizza...I would rather have gone to Asda for one of their pensioner made £3.99 specials. Base was similar to a "make your own pizza", couldn't taste the sauce at all. Sides we ordered were obviously just a throw a chunk of cheese on some potatoes and chuck it in a box. "Better ingredients, better pizza....better go elsewhere!"
