   Ive been coming here for 20 plus years tonight I ordered direct over the phone they told me to order over 25 pounds to get a free Garlic bread with cheese which I did by ordering extra sauces i didn't need to make the cost up and they didn't send the Garlic bread when I rang they said i need to spend over 30 pounds to get the free Garlic bread. All this after taking nearly 90 minutes to deliver cold food I'll never order from here again and I'll be advising family and friends not to buy from here again either absolute joke of a place embarrassing, you've just lost multiple loyal 20 plus year customers

   ordered a doner kebab with chips!! Piping hot amazing came so fast, only problem was they forgot bbq sauce which is completely fine, I understand it can get busy. Thank you so much and I highly recommend

   So annoyed with the wedges. They arrived squashed, cold and as if they’ve been refried. Couldn’t eat any of it, especially the black chips. Really annoyed. Apparently their ordering system didn’t print out the ticket and I received the food two hours after ordering. Just so annoyed.

   I order pizza , but received garlic bread. All ingredients stick to box. Why they dont use stand lid supporters?? Happy days ? Dont think so …

   Absolutely dog S#!T place for food and and service. Never have I been to a dirtier dump In my life. Avoid at all costs. I'm a serious review and this place has dirt and grim everywhere. Food was terrible and order not even close to what I asked. Got charged £29 for a 9inch pizza and 2 regular donner kebabs that was plain when I asked for salad and sauce. I received bread and greasy donner meat. Pizza looked like and taste like a wet lettuce. Don't throw your money away. Be warned ⚠️

   Do not use this take away the staff buy knock off from herion addicts and serve you donner kebab out of a plastic bag whats being dumped really disgusting place staff outside smoking cannabis do not eat from this place you will get food poisoning

   Ordered online to collect, time given some twenty minutes later. Picked food up and live no more than a couple of minutes away. Arrived home jalapeño with cheese cold, has to microwave it , garlic bread 14" cold, usually had good service. Rang happy days up, told them of the time given on app to collect, informed don't believe it. Food cooked straight away after receiving order. Won't use them again.

   Ordered kebab and chips and one meal was missing. Phoned up and had no care at all only a discount for next time. The food that did arrive was not large as ordered and was stone cold. The chips were soggy and we ordered chilli sauce and we got some sort of orange mayo instead. This place used to be nice but not anymore. I had paid online in advance so once they have your money they do not care for customers. Obviously I declined the discount because why would I be daft enough to order from here again.

   Was the best kebab house in Eccles but no longer food takes over an hour to turn up and cold prices put up and portions smaller very poor response by telephone staff with their couldn't careless attitude will run this place too the ground will not be using again there's plenty other food outlets that would appreciated my custom .
