   30 min wait. Customers walking out. My food was terrible. Pizza was not cooked. Raw onions , papers and mushrooms. Cheese not melted . Full of grease. Pay a different price every time I go but this time I m done with Domino's

   Arledy waiting 1 hour on my order when they showed on the webside 35min . Customer service was nightmare, can't solve that issue, just saing it's on the way when come after 1 hour ( 6 min way to me ) pizza was warmed no fresh cooked and mushroomes was black disgusting . When I tryed eat pizza after my overshift one pice had a pice bone , Lucky Am not loost my tooth . Not wanna order any more , relly bad service

   I am absolutely shocked and appalled by my recent order from Domino’s. I ordered a Veggie Supreme pizza along with garlic bread. While eating, my wife bit into something hard in the pizza. At first, we thought it was onion – but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a piece of chicken. This is beyond unacceptable. We have trusted Domino’s for years, believing you prepare your pizzas with the utmost care and respect for dietary requirements. My wife has been a lifelong vegetarian since childhood, and consuming meat – especially unknowingly – is a deeply distressing violation of her beliefs. This incident has left her shaken, disgusted, and traumatized. We had to throw the pizza away and were left with empty stomachs and absolute disappointment. This is not a “small mistake” – it’s a complete breach of trust and food safety standards. I expect a full explanation of how such negligence was allowed to happen in your kitchen, and what measures you are taking to ensure no other customer experiences such an appalling mistake. This experience has completely shattered our trust in Domino’s. I expect urgent action.

   I have been ordering from Domino's - Eccles for the past three years. Let me tell you this - whoever is building these pizzas isn't playing. I customise my own with 5 or 7 toppings. Usually, when you do this in other places, the pizza guys are very scarce about the toppings - one or two olives here, two or three green peppers there, and if you look closely you might find the extra mushroom you've paid for. But not Domino's Eccles. Just see the pictures attached - these have been taken at different times, from different pizzas. The toppings are abundant, the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, I have never had an issue with these people before but I have had with other places. So I don't understand the bad reviews. But take it from someone who loves their pizza - it's worth it.

   I placed an order at 12 and was told its a 35 mins wait. When I called at 1pm, was told it would be another hour. Instead of helping, he just said I can cancel your order. So the order was cancelled.

   Order of our phone and Picked it up took maybe 15 mins which was great - our half and half was absolutely perfect, we have never had such amazing pizza, it was hot, it was delicious, it was quick, it was fresh it was overall amazing! Not the first or second time we’ve ordered from Eccles Liverpool Road but this time it was the ultimate best. Thanks to the staff working on Friday 16th, at around 6-6:30pm, we wanted to give a review , didn’t know how else other than here. Thanks guys you’ll be seeing us again soon! Thanks for your work! Next time will catch your names and give you a proper shout out!
