First customers of 2026 and a brilliant start to the new year. Immediate table service. A friendly and welcoming service, in particular Komal. One of our best experiences at this restaurant. I had the gluten free doughballs and gf classic fiorentina. Would definitely recommend
The atmosphere was excellent and the staff were nice during our last visit, which is why we decided to come again today. Unfortunately, this time was an unforgettable experience for the wrong reasons. When we asked one of the female staff for service, she told us to ‘wait’ but went on to serve other tables instead, while completely ignoring us. The staff seemed impatient and even walked away while we were trying to order. As Asian customers, we felt singled out and very unwelcome. We might come back if the food quality remains the same, but next time we’ll be paying close attention to the staff’s attitude before deciding whether to keep supporting this place.
Aga served us and her engagement with the children was lovely. She was polite and helpful and made our experience more enjoyable. The food was delicious and very flavoursome.
Excellent service at Trafford centre. Staff were excellent. Food was amazing - especially with fussy eaters and they demolished it! Will definitely return. Lisa our server is lovely, very polite and welcoming. Helpful when I didn’t know what to have as it’s my first time here. Highly recommend!
Went for a meal over Christmas. Was told the wait for food would be 45mins which we were okay with as it was busy. 1 and a half hours later we were still waiting for our food. The place was full, yet for the time we were there, I only witnessed 3 out of the 30-40+ tables receive their food. You could clearly see people's frustration as no food was leaving the kitchen area! Waiters/waitresses constantly taking orders but not much else was happening. When our food eventually appeared my partner's was stone cold, he refused to eat it and asked to speak with the manager. There was no apology from the Mgr and his answer to the delay was that it was Christmas! When I attempted to then speak up about the lack of food coming out as a whole, so nothing to do with Xmas, the Mgr rudely put his hand up to my face whilst not looking at me, cutting me off from what I was saying, which I thought was extremely disrespectful. He also said "I just cover the floor area and not the kitchen" but yet he failed to see that no-one in the restaurant had food in front of them and hadn't for some time!! I even observed the kitchen staff holding up huge rolls of receipts/orders and looking at them confused. The Mgr quickly told us he had given us everything free of charge. Getting it free wasn't the point, a bit of friendly customer service, an apology and efficient staffing goes a long way.
Poor hygiene, hair attached to ice in my drink. Ice was never requested. Unapologetic staff. Food initially given was burnt then remade. This was a waste of time. Then I was sick later in the evening and day after. I recommend you do not visit this dirty chain. Not worth your time, health or money. There are better pizza places or restaurants in Manchester. Please avoid this one.
Service was amazing and the lady that served us was really helpful and very friendly. The only thing that was annoying we ordered garlic bread with cheese twice and only received 1. We shared and only paid for one. And the air conditioning was on above is that made the pizza cold quick. The service was amazing and all staff are doing so well especially on a Fri night in the school holidays
Super experience, staff were very attentive and food amazing. We booked to celebrate a birthday for my 6 year old son and they made him a super special dessert surprise in minutes of telling them it was his birthday. He was over the moon! The restaurant looks great, we loved the table we were given it was in a lovely spot. We were told there could be a wait on food but we did not experience any. The food was so tasty for a booking of 6 people with kids meals, we were very impressed everything was spot on. We will definitely be back.
