   Had a really lovely experience here. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and everything felt well organised despite how busy the Trafford Centre can get. Food was enjoyable and served in good time, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. A solid spot if you’re at the Trafford Centre and want a reliable, enjoyable meal in a pleasant setting. Would happily visit again.

   Came here today after seeing the Coca Cola Truck. We were greeted and seated quickly and told how to order. We used the app. The food arrived about 15/20 minutes after ordering. They forgot one side but this arrived after 5/10 minutes and we were kept updated by our waiter. Desserts arrived about 15 mins after the waiter asked if we were ready. Even though this was a busy Saturday afternoon just after Black Friday, near Christmas with the Coke truck here, we were checked on and we felt valued. The staff were extremely busy dashing everywhere with dishes and rushed off their feet but I noticed that they were still providing great customer service. Thank you to our waiter Anthony!

   My family and I went in on Friday, November 7th, and the young man, Jackson, was very courteous and polite. He helped us with our order, and it seems I made a mistake and ordered something else, but that wasn't a problem for him. He found the best solution and resolved the issue. He's an excellent employee.

   Situated inside the Orient food hall in the Trafford Centre, we had dinner here on a busy Saturday night. We waited about 20 mins in the standby line then we're not greeted when we were shown a table. We had to get our own cutlery, sauces and napkins then we're told to go to a screen in another room to order and pay for our food or order from the app ,( card payment only ) We used the screen and paid by card then it prompted us to pay a tip? We've had no service yet!! No tip was given and when the food came out ..' here you go ' was the only comment we got from the staff whilst we were there. The food was good quality and hot, the salad bar buffet ok, and the bottomless sodas had only a small selection.

   The Pizza Hut in Trafford Centre is actually one of my Favourites to come to, simply because of the Atmosphere and surroundings. Its situated on the Ground Floor of the Shopping Centre in a large, communal dining area so the Views are quite something. (There is also a Huge, cinema-like Television screen). The Service here was good and the Staff were very polite and helpful. Our glasses were bought to the Table a little later than we wanted but that was okay as we helped ourselves to some glasses from the Bar. I would recommend the Lunch-time Buffet, Jalapeno Poppers, Cheesy Bites Pizza and the Vegan Cheesecake.

   First time in a pizzahut restaurant. Food choices somewhat limited but tasty. The unlimited salad bar was good but they could do with bigger bowls. Drink section good, lots of choices. U can get a box for leftovers too. The lady who served us was lovely n welcoming, shame about the others tho

   The service provided by staff, especially by Anthony, we came with 11 members inc kids to celebrate the birthday of our 3yr old niece. He was extremely accomodating and made the whole experience special. We were happy with everything start to finish. We will definitely be coming back again. Thanks again to Anthony for making our day.
