Insanely bad customer service and the most average pizza you’ll ever have. When we were making a reservation we called and asked when to make a res in order to get to see the show. We were told 9:30 would be good. So we agreed and made a res at 9:30. We showed up at exactly 9:30 expecting the show to start sometime soon. To cut to the chase, we never saw any show and were rushed to order food because the kitchen would be closing soon and “chef was already going home”. I dont think we were there for more than an hour because as soon as the food came, the waiters were rushing us to get out of the restaurant. If the experience at 9:30 is so bad, then DON’T make it an option to even reserve it so late. I won’t elaborate on the food itself because we ordered a wide variety of pizzas and all of them were underwhelming. But then again, it’s our fault for even thinking of going to a place that has a rating of 3.7 stars.

Very unique and fun restaurant! During our dining experience one of the staff members started walking around spinning a pizza. Kids loved it and it turned into more than just a dining experience! The pizza was okay, a little pricey. Thin light pizza. The location is excellent, it is right next to Harrod's. The atmosphere is classy. Overall would recommend checking this place out especially if you're visiting London.

Would not go back again!!! Went there on the 5th August 2025 at 8pm. Waiters bumping into my chair constantly. Children running around. No atmosphere. Cocktails with no finesse to them, just a lemon wedge, for £18 I expect more love! My friends phoned ahead to tell them about my birthday, they spoke to the waiters when we go there also. They just dumped the tiramisu down on the table, no candle. My friends then asked again, and they dumped another one down with a candle and walked off. The tiramisu’s sponge fingers were crunchy, not spongey. Pizza was average, pasta was simple and no flavour. Waste of money!

⭐ Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge — A fun, flavour‑packed experience opposite Harrods! Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge never fails to impress. The ultra‑thin, yeast‑free crust is wonderfully light — you feel like you could eat a whole pizza and still leave room for dessert

The atmosphere was lively and full of energy, and the service was friendly and on point from the moment we walked in. The pizza was delicious — thin, fresh, and packed with flavor. One of the highlights was the live show with the spinning pizza dough — fun, unexpected, and added a real flair to the experience. The table-side tiramisu was also a great Overall, a fantastic spot for great food

The pizza was fantastic, thin and crispy, with delicious sauce and cheese, cooked over wooden oven, and you can taste it. Excellent pizza. Pasta was not so good, it was tasteless. We only tasted the spicy sauce, no salt or other flavors. Service was good and welcoming. I only recommend the pizza.

We booked a table of 13 and we were all wowed by the delicious pizza and extra creamy Tiramisù!! The pizza is very thin and light and easier to digest from any other usual pizza as this one does not have yeast in the ingredients. I ordered pizza Parmigiana, it was delicious, the aubergines were cut rasor thin and it had lots of cheese. The Tiramisù was shared with some of our colleagues and hands down its the best Tiramisù I've had in London, a must try, so leave enough space for it when you visit this great pizza restaurant!! The drinks and cocktails are also amazing! I ordered a Negroni and this is the best Negroni I've had in London, the drink portion is a very generous one, usually when I get a Negroni in London the quantity is very small, this one was like the ones I used to have when I lived in Milan! For me Crazy Pizza is definitely a 10 out of 10!! I'm definitely going to visit soon again!

Pleasantly surprised stopping here after shopping at Harrods next door. The pizza, salad and truffle fries were tasty and reasonable value but the star of the show was the table-side prepared tiramisu. 14 pounds may seem pricey for dessert but the portion is good enough to be shared by 4 people. Service was excellent (the head waiter even jumped into the street to help an elderly that had taken a tumble curbside (she was fine afterwards).

Amazing time at the "crazy bubbles" bottomless brunch this weekend! Although it's one of the more expensive brunches in London, it was fantastic and overall well worth the money. The list of bottomless drinks is great, the food was delicious and portion sizes were huge. The best part was the amazing entertainment! Thank you to all the lovely staff, we will definitely be returning.
