I clearly wrote a note saying I need cutleries, fork, knife and spoon, as I'm in a Hotel! You didn't care about that! How can I have now my dessert without a spoon? I want to be refunded! I just called the restaurant and the guy at the phone said it's just done now! A real poor experience, stay away from this place! A very very bad delivery service! How can I eat that messy bruschetta without a fork! My dessert is even melting down now, I want to be refunded! The calzone is very big and I don't have the way to cut it. The bruschetta is impossible to hold, is very wet, so I need a fork for it too. The dessert is completely melted. All my food is gone and the restaurant earned 36 pounds free! My money! Nobody apologized to me! A deep lack of professionality, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Stefano

The food is amazing! Truly flavours from Napoli to your plate...Rocher dessert is just the most delicious I have ever tried, 100% recommendable for chocolate lovers ♥️ The place homely and cozy, I love it. Since I discovered this place, it is, without a doubt, my fav place to eat in London.

Always an amazing experience - the food is 100% the Italian way, with genuine and truly Italian ingredients. It’s like having our own mum’s recipes served. From starters to pizzas, to dessert it’s the true Italian food ♥️ we’ve had Parmigiana, Crocchè, Regina, Siciliana and then Tiramisu and Delizia al Limone and they all were simply spectacular. Always looking forward to go to Michele! Thank you for welcoming our dogs, too!

Gluten free pizza base was exceptional. We had lunch and it was Perfect. Highly recommend the food here as it is all authentic Italian, with cooking styles clearly passed down through Italian family heritage. Even the gluten free pasta we ordered was very well made. The restaurant was right next to the tube stop and super easy to access. We did not have to book as it was a really rainy day, but I am sure it gets busy as all the other tables around us were speaking Italian, so it’s definitely a locals spot. The price was very reasonable for the quality of food. Wood fired pizza just tastes really good.

Pizza is delicious! The Servers were nice and the Restaurant Looks awesome. For me as a Student it is high price. Would recommend the pizza. Part of my service experience: the Server Served me the water and the cap fell into the glass, he put the glass away and poured me another one, but still charged me the whole bottle… a bit weird but the pizza was too good to take away a star

We had a pleasant lunch at this pizzeria, near Baker Street in London. We wanted a quick lunch, so we shared a Margherita pizza, which was enough for two. This is THE place to have pizza, and I can honestly say this was probably the best pizza I had outside Italy. The dough is elastic, as it should, and the quality ingredients are spot on. It is expensive for what it is (£14.50 for a simple pizza), but then other pizzerias are also getting more expensive, probably due to the food/energy crisis. Service was attentive and discreet, but not as friendly as is typical from Italian staff/managers. The atmosphere is good, although I did find the place a bit dark for a lunch. The deco is much more suitable to dinner time. The place may look small from outside, but there are lots of tables downstairs, for parties. The toilets are a bit cramped, and could be cleaner... There is no kids menu, unfortunately, but overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a taste of might be the best pizza in London!

Been wanting to come for years and finally tried it! It didn't disappoint. Pizzas were delicious, fresh, good quality ingredients, big and filling. Staff was also really nice and they recommended a starter with aubergine and it was phenomenal. The dessert was such a treat as well. Place looks beautiful too.

It gets 3 stars for delicious pizza and the service from the waiter was fair. The owner seated us behind a column although the restaurant was empty at noon. The owner didn’t acknowledge or say thank you as we were leaving although I tried to make eye contact. Overall, the pizza was good but not good enough for me to be a repeated customer. (£14/basic margarita pizza. It’s big though.)

Ordered Margherita with double cheese and Truffle mushroom plus tiramisu for dessert. I love my pizza and tried so many places and I can tell you this place is worth a try. Staff are very polite and helpful. Total bill was £73 for the pizzas and tiramisu plus a glass of white and lemonade.

We visited this restaurant with friends, stayed in the basement, really nice and cosy! Staffs are really friendly, great service, cocktails are amazing but a little bit pricy! We ordered 4 pizzas, they are quite big. I was surprised the middle part of all pizzas were slightly soggy and watery. We really liked the truffle pizza and the special of the day. The desserts were tasty, the tiramisu was the best for me! Overall nice and very clean restaurant with great service, however slightly overpriced! If I go back again I would only order the truffle pizza!
