   Lovely place. Pizza was not that good as other branches though. Beer was terrific. Plz ask your waiters not to touch customers phones when wanting to take the menus, they can ask us to remove it ourselves. Also, the waiter was so confident that he would get a tip when i asked for the bill, mate, thats not it. If i was gonna tip, i would without u showing a question for the tip on the machine. No tip for u mate, u didnt earn it. Place is nice overall.

   I was with my son at the Pizza Express on Kings Road. When we arrived, we were a little stressed because we waited 20 minutes to be served, but Marlys, upon seeing us, was super kind, showed us the menu, and gave us priority service. She made all the difference; we were warmly welcomed and very well served. There was another young man, whose name I don't remember, but who was also very kind. Good employees are the ones who carry the company's name, so they should be well-trained, and those who dedicate themselves deserve recognition. Marlys and the other dear man were exceptional. My son and I will return soon to be served by them again. Thank you.

   Such a beautiful place, stylish and elegant. Great service. Manager was very welcoming and friendly. He supported our special needs request. Our waitress, Anna was lovely, warm and she looked after us with care and attention. He had very nice time and food was high quality. Highly recommend this restaurant located in outstanding building with beautiful garden.

   Visited Pizza Express in Chelsea, London today for a family lunch. I booked the table through the Pizza Express app to use a promotion (buy one pizza, get one free). It was my first time using the app and it worked smoothly. The pizza was really tasty — fresh and flavorful. Service was okay, just standard, but everything went well. Overall, a good experience, and I would definitely visit again!

   The omnipresent Pizza Express officially serves my favourite Margherita Pizza and this has resulted to me returning various times. It was beyond pleasant and I enjoyed each and every bite. My colleague added a few toppings and absolutely loved it. The service was great, staff were lovely and expeditious. The desert was scrummy. The entire experience was a treat and would recommend Pizza Express, because for a brand with quite a few branches they have great quality control. I have visited a few different ones and will continue to do so. I highly recommend it. A safe destination.

   I had an amazing time at Pizza Express. The manager and the waitress were remarkably friendly, and all the food I had was delicious: pizza, dessert and even my Spritz were all perfect. Also, the service was quite quick and we were looked after the whole evening. Such a lovely experience. Thank you, guys.

   Had an excellent time at Pizza Express. The manager Giovanni was extremely friendly, he made the evening fantastic and unforgettable for us. All round a brilliant manager who really knows how to look after guests. The food was also really great and came very quickly.

   Came across this place while looking for a place to have a dinner with my friends. We ate really delicious pizzas. service was fast. you can sit outside if you want or they had places to sit inside. we preferred to sit outside, because the weather was a bit cold, the heaters were also on, so we sat in a pleasant way without getting cold.
