   Let me start off by saying this is by far THE worst kebab I have ever eaten. OK so I've set myself a high bar getting my chicken kebabs from Rusholme but the thought of a 'chicken skewer kebab on naan bread’ piqued my interest, less so the £11.90 cost for it! Naturally I want all the trimmings in a fresh (large) naan bread so it could be rolled around the succulent pieces of chicken laying in a bed of fresh salad with a chilli sauce, so when I saw the pieces of chicken coming out of the fridge in a plastic tub I did wonder where the actual skewers were. I doubt they’d ever seen a skewer as they looked flat and spread out like processed chicken before being put on the grill. Clearly these had been pre-cooked and were simply warmed up given they only took 5mins from coming out of the fridge to landing in the kebab, the naan being somewhat smaller than I had expected – not much bigger than an opened-out pitta bread. Whacking on plenty of limp salad with the chicken pieces and unusual sauce mix the kebab could only just be folded let alone rolled before being put into a cardboard container. At this point I’d already made my mind up I’d made a mistake but made the decision to walk the 5mins and eat it at home. On reviewing it in more detail I was presented with a sloppy mess and fatty greasy (and what looked like processed) chicken in a poor quality relatively tasteless kebab. I didn’t finish it. In some cases, I can sympathise with fast food outlets that need to get food out quickly but given this was just after 6pm and I was the only customer in the place more care and attention could have been given. But if you’re working with poor food then you reap what you sow. Mistake well and truly made. The Pepper Mill needs to up its game, or perhaps remove the kebab option from the menu.

   We have used Pepper Mill for over twelve years now, I’m happy to say the same people we spoke to back then are still there now. To me that shows how great the place is and how fantastic the food you order comes time and time again absolutely as it was before. I don’t know of any other place in the surrounding area I could say the same people are still there or that the food has never changed in that amount of time. Excellent pleas keep it up !!

   The Pepper Mill has always delivered high quality, TASTY food. When we lived in Brooklands it was always a treat to go to The Pepper Mill and have their gorgeous seafood pizza. It has been 6 years since we moved from the Brooklands area and we still make special effort to return for a seafood pizza. Amazing friendly staff always greet us and it's always a pleasure to return to this venue.

   2nd time to order from these unprofessional clowns can't get a simple order correct . Order calzone rank pizza get delivered refuse to correct order I have confirmation of my order on email it they site that mess up 1sr order few days ago was kebab 3 meat donar meet tight amount 1 large piece of chicken 3 piece missing they are useless and very unprofessional

   Words can never describe the great work Pepper Mill does. They have been sorting us out for probably over a decade now and after recently visiting home again they reminded me exactly how good they are. Nothing back home compares to their Pizzas, Chips, Burgers and service. They are simply amazing. Great bunch of lads that are one of the gems of visiting family back home. 10/10. True heroes. Thanks guys!
