The pizza was dreadful. Smelt awful when I opened the box and tasted foul. Looked nice though.
Pizza was great. Driver was polite. Delivered on time. Prices are great too

I placed an order as follows: 1 x Big New Yorker Bundle only £21.99 £28.99 Big New Yorker Create Your Own XXL Big New Yorker Cheese: Extra Cheese Guess what I got - did I get extra cheese? Did I get cheese? No, I got ZERO Cheese. Also, the "pizza" was overcooked and burnt Despite this, and being really hungry - because this was a saturday night treat - tried to eat a slice - it was utterly disgusting and utterly dry as a result. Spoke to the rudest person ever there who claimed "these things happen" - it's pizza, it has cheese on - and they decided to send it out despite clearly having NO cheese on it. Complete and utter fail. As it stands I am left hungry, without pizza and out of pocket. I had thought "Let's give them one more chance". Guess what, I don't have food and it was stupid to try them. They're awful. Have emailed their head office with a photo and recording of the phone call. As it stands will never EVER order from pizzahut - ANY pizzahut - ever EVER again.
Upon reading more recent reviews, I was worried that this branch had gone downhill and delivering was becoming an issue for them. The arrival time for our order had lapsed and was 20mins late. However, it seemed that their online tracker wasn't updating the status of the order. I did call several times, and finally, they picked up and said it was on the way. Within 5 minutes, it was delivered. The pizzas were very nicely made and felt fresh.
Took my money and didn't bother to inform me they had no drivers available to deliver the food. The store can't offer refunds. Have to complete online forms to do this. I wouldn't have minded if the store called me immediately to say they were short staffed. I could have made alternate arrangements. Instead they were happy for me to wait 1.5 hours for a driver to become available. Dreadful customer service.
Placed order and when the time for delivery was past rang the restaurant. This is where the staff when answered just put the phone down everytime I rang. Decided to drive down to see where food was and had call from delivered about the delivery when I ordered through the pizza hut app. STAY CLEAR QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS.
Disappointed. Ordered 7:40, food said arrived on website at 8:45, still not arrived at 9:00. Calls not being picked up. Had to go to shop to ask, to be told that the car was outside our house and then it’ll be at about 20 more minutes maybe. Stick to Dominos boys and girls.
I used to love pizza hut with all my heart, but this placed has taken all of those good memories and urinated all over them. They have just given up as an establishment. They don't do the only two things your want a pizza delivery place to do- answer the phone to take orders & deliver pizzas.
