We ordered several dishes, including spaghetti and tiramisu, and unfortunately none of them met expectations. The spaghetti was soggy and overcooked. The tiramisu was also disappointing. It was overwhelmingly creamy, with the mascarpone dominating the dessert. The sponge was thin and dry, with very little coffee flavour and no noticeable alcohol. The cocoa topping was sparse, so the dessert lacked the balance and contrast that define a good tiramisu. We returned the tiramisu. When we did so, a member of the waiting staff came over to argue with us, repeatedly insisting that the dessert was made fresh every day. The interaction felt confrontational rather than professional. Overall, the food lacked flavour and balance across the dishes we tried. The restaurant appears to rely heavily on ambience, but based on our experience, the quality of the food itself did not match the presentation or pricing.

Tiramisu was genuinely atrocious, especially for an Italian restaurant. It was overwhelmingly creamy. The mascarpone layer was badly unbalanced and completely dominated the dish. The sponge was thin and dry, also barely soaked. There was no real coffee flavor and no detectable alcohol at all. This stripped the tiramisu of its depth and character. The cocoa topping was sparse and felt like an afterthought. It offered none of the bitter contrast that is essential to this dessert. The result was flat, bland, and deeply disappointing. Tiramisu is not complicated, but it does require balance. Coffee, cocoa, soaked sponge, and a light mascarpone cream all matter. This missed the mark on every one of them. For a restaurant presenting itself as Italian, this is simply unacceptable. Plus the waitress was unnecessarily judgy when we chose to order the dessert with our main - and had the audacity to have it first. We like tiramisu. And this is horrible tiramisu. - wrote while waiting for mains which took awfully long, over 30min

We have visited Tre Ciccio many times now and always had a great experience. The staff are super helpful, and accomodating if you have children. The food has always been delicious. Everything on the menu sounds amazing, but I always struggle to look past the pizza. Already looking forward to our next trip.

We chose Tre Ciccio for our wedding reception and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Rebecca was so helpful with planning the event she even helped set up our wedding favours and made us a personalised cocktail menu. It goes without saying that the food was amazing, the service was perfect, and us and our guests had an amazing time. Thank you so much to Rebecca, Martina and the team, you made our day magical! We can't wait to be back soon ❀️

I attended a little bambino pizza making event in the summer holidays with my son and was impressed with the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff. My son had a great time kneading the dough and preparing his own pizza. He was very proud of the finished pizza. It was a wonderful afternoon and amazing value for money. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and great views. Thanks again

Booked a table for 4 on a busy Sunday afternoon. Really steep stairs to get to the table in Conservatory area, not sure if there’s another way in as this wasn’t offered from what I could see;if that could be an issue for you. Could see others coping just about with pushchairs etc. Thankfully they had heating on directly next to the table as it was very cold. Not much more I could ask for on that. Definitely the time of day we went it was a family friendly atmosphere to day the least. Staff were good looking after us and food arrived pretty quick all. We went for a mix of starters and roast chickens and pizzas for mains which were okay. Was disappointed to find they hadn’t prepared enough desserts in advance for us on the day. I think I’ll try Tre Ciccio again maybe on a warm summer evening! Hopefully the tiramisu will be ready next time.

Nice Italian Pizzeria, all the food was really good, (I would like the pizza more like bread) And more space between tables, was really closer, and really noisy (not privacy at all). Really nice and friendly staff.

Given the number of times, I’ve nipped in for a cheeky pizza to take away, I can’t believe that I’ve not reviewed Tre Cicco before. The location is as central as it comes, with the decor and booth layout well suited to casual dining. You’ll meet up with friends and find that the appertivo soon ends up being a bottle or 2. Service staff are attentive and turn around is fast with orders delivered so quick, you’d swear they had used a crystal ball to divine your order in advance. Now their pizzas are faultless Neapolitan wood fired goodness, and hats off to them for holding their own against Proove in the market hall and Pix Pizza. I’ve not sampled their pasta offerings to see how they hold up against the acknowledged masters that are Sugo Pasta. What caught me by surprise was the lusciousness of their desserts. Great dolci should be the hall mark of a good restaurant. The panna cotta hit that perfect textural balance between wobble and melty creaminess. Combined with the dark cherry toppings it was simplicity itself. The ensemble reminded me of a similar pomegranate dessert I sampled at the Park Inn, Bangalore during my debauched university days when no restaurant soft launch was safe from my predations. Suffice it to say that you can’t go wrong with the three Franks.

Great service and great food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I took my Mum here for a Sunday meal she loved it. Thanks to the waiters and waitresses.
