   Ordered the Brie and Cranberry Seasonal pizza but got a gloopy cheese and onion instead, the cheese wasn’t even Brie. Very disappointed as paid 19.98 and was looking forward to having this specific pizza with Brie cheese and cranberry. Phoned store but customer service didn’t seem to understand my complaint as limited in English, so gave up trying to communicate. I’m hoping Customer Service will read this and please take into account what l am saying.

   This is the first time I ordered a pizza from pizza hut here, I have tried it in other countries though. The reason I'm mentioning this is because when i ordered the food, in the confirmation email it said I would receive a portion of garlic bread as it was my first order but I didn't receive that and when I tried calling the restaurant after delivery they did not bother to answer. Anyways, I went with the buy any pizza at £10 deal and got myself a 1/2 n 1/2 which was veggie supreme and meat loaded. The pizza wasn't cut properly keeping in mind I chose veg and non-veg as 2 different options. The taste was good. Toppings were on point hence I give a 4/5.

   I ordered a £14.99 deal tonight and the food arrived in time and was hot. The pizza was cooked well. I must commend the delivery driver. He was so polite and friendly despite having to deliver in this rainy and windy weather! He had excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name and there was nothing on the receipt to give feedback. But all round a good service.
