Awesome GF pizza, but uses the same woodfired oven for all pizzas so always potential risk. I've been here maybe 20 times and never had a reaction to the pizza though so they must be careful with how they managed it. BYOB or have a Tory Fanta like true people of culture.

Saw this place by chance and Omg, what a find! Amazing food! Starter and pizza were so delicious there was no room for dessert - so we went back two days later and had another great pizza and amazing puddings. Elisabeth served us and was really personable as were all the staff. Highly recommend.

Had the Formaggio with chicken and mushroom and it was delicious. It’s instantly become my favourite Neapolitan pizza place thanks to being able to choose from a wider variety of toppings.

Visited here twice and love each pizza they make with so much patience and love. Not only the pizza, but even their antipasti and salads are fab. Do you know you can get your own booze? Yes, you only pay a cover charge of £1.99 pp and can get your own alcohol and enjoy the food here. You can't get any soft drinks from out though, you need to buy them from the restaurant. They bake sourdough pizzas which are cooked in 90 seconds. The toppings are fresh and don't forget to drizzle some lip smacking hot chilly oil on top. We tried their meatballs and garlic bread which was again a hit. The ambience is subtle and service can be a bit slow as they are always busy.

Excellent pizzeria recommended by friends. Very busy - we booked a table for six and they were full on a Thursday evening. The garlic pizza as a starter is delicious - the base is so soft and beautifully cooked (large so recommend to share 1 between 2 or 3 persons). All our pizzas were great, including a gluten free pizza. Bring your own wine (corkage fee).

The best gluten free pizza in Manchester ☺️ the staff are super friendly even when it’s packed, service quick and toppings fresh + tasty. Loved the hot honey dip too! Book ahead because it’s a tiny little restaurant but definitely worth it

Excellent pizza. I tried the Vulcano - splendid. The size of the pizza is massive and you'd easily feel full with it. Very quick service and cheerful staff. Phones half hour before going and was able to get a table. Was very busy for a Tuesday night. Recommend booking in advance. Overall highly recommended - one of the best pizza's.

Fabulous pizza place with very attentive and helpful staff. The tiger striping on the pizza was spot on and the range of interesting and innovative flavour combos you can go for on such a small menu is staggering. Delicious pizza and the Antipasti starter was equally yum. It's BYOB so either soft drinks (whose range could be a bit wider) or pop by one of the local shops to get some wine or beer prior to coming. Will most definitely be returning

Fantastic pizza. Great cheese (buffalo mozzarella) and sauce. Light thin base. I’ve had a few pizzas from Naples and this definitely is similar in quality! I think it’s the best in Manchester, better than Rudy’s
