Went there to buy a meal i was very disappointed when i had to remind them that the meal came with a drink i felt like i was about to be cheated. Very disappointed because service has always been great in the past. But please be honest to your customers.
As I pass this shop every day I finally gave it a try even though its whole appearance has never struck me as inviting. It's usually a bad sign when a place does everything, from Pizza to Fish and Chips. These were the two dishes I had. The Fish and Chips unfortunately is the worst I've had in a long while. Greasy, too much salt (even though I already like it salty), I don't know if it was cod but it tasted more like rubber boot heated in a microwave, sorry. The pizza on the other hand is not bad. Nothing great, just a solid fast food pizza. Melty cheese, probably Mozzarella. It may also be a bit salty, but that's probably the overload from the Chips. I feel stuffed rather than satiated after this meal. That's probably what I expected and the reason why I didn't come here before and probably won't return soon. In the 15 minutes waiting time, I could have easily prepared a healthier, tastier and cheaper meal at home.
Really really dreadful. The whole lot went in the bin. Chips were ok, curry sauce tasted like vinegar and curry powder, kebab was shockingly bad - ordered the giant shawarma. Chicken was not shawarma, it was pulled chicken fried in what tasted like cumin powder, really awful, tasted old. Doner meat was overcooked in places, undercooked in others. Whole thing was pretty tasteless aside from the taste on the chicken which was like it had been sat somewhere, for far too long. Cannot recommend and won't be ordering again.
Absolutely poor customer service, no hello no smiles nothing. Their sauce bottle wasnt closed properly and it dropped all over my clothes. Rather than the lady asking if i needed help or tissue she completely left me stranded to sort it out. What a horrible horrible place for customer service. The average food is not worth the visit
My regular place and it’s 10/10!! Staff are so lovely and always accommodate everything you request.
Went in to order something for lunch. Couldn't decide what to get because there's no prices on anything. Didn't look particularly clean either. Avoid
I got a chicken tika burger with chips and a small fish as well. My total came to about £8. They kindly offered me chips at no cost to go with the fish when I collected. I also appreciated that they were putting things in the box when I collected so nothing was soggy etc. The fish I would say could definitely be improved as it was a little bit soggy for my liking. The chips were standard. And the burger was definitely a frozen patty. All in all though, not a bad experience, I've had much worse takeaway in Leeds. I would not come back immediately but wouldn't hesitate to try the pizza later on.
Ordered online which said delivery 45 mins but after over an hour still no food. Phoned them to be told my order had not been processed so had to wait another 30 mins. Waste of my time
Ordered food on the app. It said it would be 40 mins. An hour half later I phone the shop They tell me, its on its way, no apology for it been late. Then it arrives another 30 mins after the call. Waited over 2 hours for the order. Absolutely shocking service. Food was cold and tasted bland whe arrived.
I had the most amazing chicken tikka in naan bread from here a few weeks ago. All the ingredients tasted really fresh. The chicken was delicious, really tender and cooked to perfection! Staff were also really friendly. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!
