I wanted to enjoy a pepperoni pizza there. I had a pepperoni pizza and a Lipton ice tea. The menu said £16.99 for a pepperoni pizza. When I went to pay, the pizza cost £28 or so. I asked why it was so expensive and the answer was "it's the shared one". I never said I wanted that. My order was just a pepperoni pizza and an ice tea. So almost €40 for a pizza and an ice tea is far too much for a fast food chain. I won't be going to Pizza Hut again in future.

Pizzas are very good here and never had a bad one. The salad bar seems to have less and less these days and not particularly great. The puddings were decent though!

We attended with 7 children as part of my little girls birthday celebrations after going to ifly down the road. We walked in at 11.30am opening time, the place was empty. We weren’t greeted or offered any menus or kids packs (we had booked for children), just left to it. We helped ourselves to menus, crayons and kids colouring in the end. I wrote down what the children wanted and asked the server if we could order to be told no we had to do it on the app. Every single thing had to be done separately and it took forever, all while the staff literally stood there watching us because nobody else was there. Did arrived, great. I asked if we could have some cutlery please, to which the staff member just pointed over to the other side of the restaurant. Right ok, thanks. I then had to pretty much clear the table myself and ask them to remove the plates so they could get their desserts. Again, had to ask them to clear the plates. There was zero service, and zero help from staff. I felt like I should have been paid to work there that morning! They didn’t provide menus, didn’t provide cutlery, didnt provide kids packs, didn’t clear the table without being asked (twice) and barely spoke two words to us. Awful, will not be returning.

Came to the Pizza Hut for a collection order, the food was great especially with the 50% off on the pizza too. Didn't have the food in the restaurant but the staff seemed lovely.

Came here on a quiet Wednesday afternoon, friendly service but waited so long for the food, over half an hour for 2 small pizzas, had to mention it otherwise not sure how long we would have needed to wait, card only at this place and the QR code for self-service was good, much more convenient. Salad station was a bit dull and unfortunately the ice machine broke, hope my next trip there will be better.

Buyer beware! Walk in over the counter purchases misleading. £12.99 for an individual Hawian pizza. Turned out to be a small 6 piece. Yet order online you get an 8 piece for £9.99. Pizza Hut have their priorities and pricing wrong, not all of us can get online to make a purchase. Yet the customer who walks into the store and orders gets a poor deal. Not to mention they don't accept cash, it's card only. So if I'm forced to pay by card at the instore counter, why don't I get the same deal as those who pay by card ordering online? My advice is go to your local high street pizza shop to get a better deal and save yourself the dissapointment at Pizza Hut.

I haven't been to many pizza huts in the recent years and wasn't expecting to be wowed. However, this restaurant is decidedly average. Having to order food via an opposed to having waitress service made it feel even more like a drive-thru dining experience. The food is okay

We came here last minute for a party of 15 which we didn’t book for. One of the managers there, didn’t catch her name but she had long dark brown hair in a ponytail and glasses, was extremely helpful in getting us a table. Very fast and efficient service and friendly , helpful waiting staff. Overall a very good experience and would like to thank the manager who sorted us out! It was much appreciated:)

The team provided a great service. My 16-year old son is wheelchair bound and provided us a table where it was easily accessible. Chloe and the team were really helpful. The food was hot and tasty. The venue was clean and comfortable - not too busy compared to being inside Trafford Centre.
