   Absolutely shocking order a cappuccino and the glass was not even half it was literally 30% cappuccino 70% air. I returned the coffee and didnt even ask for the money. I told them to put money in charity box. SCAM SCAM Avoid hot drinks.

   So we ordered food from here when it finally arrived almost an hour late..we were offered free cheesy chips which is fine but they were leftovers from the previous day that had been drizzled in cheese and microwaved. Disgusting, not only that but the pizzas were luke warm and whatever the ham substitute is they use is just plain nasty. Never been anywhere a pig in its life. When asked about the food being late all.they said was its on its way and no offer of an apology whatsoever. Definitely will never order from here again.. 1 star is to good for this establishment.

   I ordered a chicken burger meal and was asked if I would like salad I responded “No I’m alright thanks” but it didn’t stop them and they still proceeded to give me salad, it wasn't much of salad just half a plate of lettuce to be honest. Also My mate ordered a pizza who was very excited for it actually but after a few slices we’re eaten, he found a large piece of hair under the pizza which was too big for his hair. As auful as it was he informed an employee who did replace the pizza which is good on their part.

   Ordered of justeat app delivery was supposed to be 20.10to 20.30 at 20.45 it was updated to 21.00 ok that's fine by 21.15 I tried it ring the shop line bissy . It was bissy for 5 min straight so I decided to go to shop and fine out my self . The guy I spoke to was just trying to push me off saying it on way .and no sorry in sight . I got back to my house witch is a 5 to 10 min drive at the same time as my food . The food was cold but nice I don't think it was worth the wait and effort. I will not be going back Today was a joke

   Ordered many times with ciao never had any problem but today after placing order through justeat I got message 18:59 the food is on its way and it took 50min to deliver. I had to call the restaurant as soon I seen in app it’s been delivered . First time they said will be getting food in 10min called after 15min when I called again they hung up really disappointed with the customer service today. I’m running a business too how busy it is I will explain my customer about the delay but today from ciao I’m really disappointed with the service but not with the food the food is really nice..

   I found this very interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed it very reasonable price and good service too. And on top it is Halal (according to the owner and few friends). I do believe it is Halal, did some investigation and the butchers are halal.
