Last time I buy this shit , ordered a pepperoni with extra green peppers, when it arrived it was burnt the peppers hard to find , at £2 per portion I expected more . Why do we put up with this shit in these hard times you would have thought they would be looking after their customers, instead they give us this shit

Shocking , ordered pizza , it did rock up , but it was completely the wrong order . Food was hot , but was nothing i could enjoy . We will not order here again , as this is not just an isolated incident, it has happened before . Foolishly we gave verona's another chance
Never would I order off this company again or via just eat. I accidentally ordered from this take-away as it has the same name as a take away in my local village. Bearing in mind this take away is nearly an hours drive from where I live. As soon as I realised I had made the mistake I rang the restaurant direct explained what had happened to be told its my own fault and they where not interested or didn't want to help in the slightest way. I am only human and mistakes can happen but they where totally unhelpful and rude then said ring just eat. So I spent money on an order from a take- away that is nowhere where I live.
Disappointment! Never again! Been ordering for years from them (not because it’s good, but there isn’t much choice in the area) Ordered today mixed kebab and chicken kebab, arrived mixed with burned chicken and doner. Rung straight away and the guy was having none of it! Very rude and arrogant. Will never order from them again and highly recommend you don't either!
Ordered nachos with bolognaise started eating it as it had cheese on top but then noticed there was very little bolognaise sauce rang and complained and they did come and gave a refund but they said you have eaten some I said yes but there is no sauce. It’s not this that’s the problem but now they have blocked my address from ordering and we have 7 adults that order from them think it’s very poor if you complain you get blocked not very good customer service but at the end of the day it’s their loss
Paid nearly £30 for 2 parmos and a calzone and this is what you get for a parmo? Is this a joke? Parmos normally come with chips so either lower prices or sort food out straight rip off.
