   Fantastic service! Very welcoming, attentive and although the funghi di bosco wasn’t on the menu, the team made this happen! My friend and I made it to gold level on the loyalty rewards and they celebrated with us that we made it! Cannot recommend this Pizza Express enough!

   What is there to say except our night was absolutely made this evening.    Edit: More suitable compensation? You didnt offer us anything! We ordered Lasagna and Pizza Romana. The lasagna had a choke hazard in it, a metal object and pizza romana was thicker than a classic. We didn’t get anything in terms of compensation and situation was handled poorly. What a joke, was for my mums birthday as well which I came all the way from London for.

   First of all the food was great but the hygiene was horrible the chefs were using their bare hands to scoop a pasta dish into a takeaway foil tray.We were not asked if we wanted any more drinks and waited a long time for desserts without any cutlery, I do NOT recommend.

   We’re there for nearly 3 hours because the wait staff was so slow. There were only 5 other tables of people but took about an hour for our food to arrive. Took over 20 minutes for them to start making our coffee after ordering which we needed remaking three times before giving up bc there were bits in it and then dessert wasn’t served til after the coffee fiasco despite being ordered at the same time (40 minutes for some pre-made dough balls and sauce?). The food itself was fine but not worth £80 for 3 people in as many hours

   Delicious pizza and delightful, helpful staff. Aidan was very patient helping us old fogeys to navigate working the app and made sure we were all ok and even sorted out the delivery of the birthday cake in some considerable style. Thank you!
