   I will never order from this place again. My food has been "on the way" for 56 minutes. I have called three times. They keep just saying "The driver is on his way" which is obviously not true. On one phone call they just hung up on me. While I was writing this the food arrived and it is freezing cold. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - especially if you don't want to wait 1hr 40 minutes for cold food.

   Me and my wife both got a burger delivered from here when stopping in a nearby hotel and it made us both ill. Had a very off taste and smell. The food was greasy. Just awful. How this place is still open is beyond me. The quality of the food is a zero star but I couldn't put a zero. Never eat from here again.

   Food has never been a issue, every order has been nice apart from delivery times and instructions, ordered a 1/2 supreme burger and got a 1/4 cheese with onion rings on it. And tonight i just received my calzone and specifically asked for no onions on it directly over the phone and it came with onions on it after waiting a hour and a half when less then a mile away such potential but they mess up the orders and i think they only have one delivery guy which is obviously going to cause a delay and no point calling up when the orders wrong as then your waiting 3 hours for food.

   Orderd a wrap completely plain and come with everything on it wasn’t gunna offer to send another out and took over a hour to come after I orderd the original order 2 hours ago!

   Ordered via UberEats - said order was on its way about an hour/hour and 15 after ordering and then didn't arrive for another 45 minutes. Called twice, told 6-8 minutes, nothing after 20 minutes and had to have UberEats cancel and refund. I don't mind delays but I don't like being lied to so would not use again.

   Not been to Venice Pizza Restaurant due to having it delivered to our home but the first experience was really good and the second time was good too. Didn't take long from ordering to delivery and the staff were polite when delivering. My daughter found Venice Pizza as she likes to try out new business due to a busy work life and she wanted to find somewhere new and found Venice Pizza. Our favourite is the Chicken Poppets and Chips. And the Pizza was also good the first time we had Pizza from Venice Pizza. I would recommend if you want to try it as a alternative to trying out something new.

   high quality pizza. good customer service over the phone and quick delivery time making sure the food is given very warm. slightly disappointed in lack of taste with the Parmesan. would recommend Venice pizza solely for their unique style and taste when making pizzas.
