Great pizza takeaway place, they have multiple outlets around London. Our favourite go to pizza spot in the city.
We have just order from this shop on Deliveroo I call them on the phone just to change the toppings which is just a basic for any pizza shop and they would happily do it But here instead of exchanging any toppings they said we can’t do this very poor service really bad service I would never order from them again
Ordered 2 large pizzas and a cheesy garlic bread. Was yummy as usual. Always tend to get from Tops, pretty decent deals. They were half hour late in delivery from the estimate (was already about 45 minutes) which is unusual for them so we were a bit hangry by the time they arrived and pizzas were a tad cold. I rang up twice and wasn't really given a proper explanation even when I asked what time the driver left. BUT, they had also added a box of mithai for a Diwali extra free of charge which I think was a really good touch and made up for it on this occasion. So very much appreciated it.
I was a bit weary considering the bad reviews. But been there several times now and all went great. The staff is superfriendly, fast and the pizzas are tasty. Just stay realistic, it’s a cheap nice bite. Don’t expect top notch, you’re also not paying that much.
I was told the delivery would take 20 to 30 minutes, but it arrived an hour and a half late. On top of that, the wrong pizza was delivered, and there was no apology for the delay or the mistake. When I called to ask for an explanation, the woman on the phone hung up on me. She barely listened to what I was saying, which made the conversation even more frustrating. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I’m not sure what’s changed recently, but this is not how things used to be — and hanging up on customers is both unprofessional and childish
The worst pizza I have EVER tasted!! Your ingredients looked cheap and tasted cheap, in particularly the beef and pepperoni- absolutely disgusting! I spent £20 on a medium pizza and after 1 slice had to through it away - it was salty and truly horrible. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN - you should be closed down for such cheap and horrible ingredients, complete rip off!!!
Absolutely disgusting 'customer service' - babbling on in their foreign gibberish as I try to order over the phone and then they just put the phone down! I rang back seven times whereon the simply answered then hung up! Hope they go bust.
I’ve placed an order over the phone and waited for an hour and called the store and I was told that my food is not cooked yet and I was told that the food can take another 45 min. It’s unfair how a customer can waited for hour and 45 min just to get a pizza. Avoid this place if don’t want to Wait that long.
Great pizza, fresh and tasty. Probably the best I’ve had this year in London. And they also sent a nice Christmas gift. Well done guys!
