Served the authentic Neapolitan pizza as it claims to serve one. Loved the taste. Service was fairly quick. I visited the place almost during the last order time and was still welcomed. The place is just 3-4 walk from Waterloo station.

Had a really fantastic experience here. Our server Nayra really took the time to walk us through the menu, tell us about her favourite options which really helped. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our order. The pizza itself was great as well, perfectly cooked and very flavourful. Thank you so much Nayra, we'll be back!

antastic Service and Food! We visited Pizza Pilgrims Waterloo as a large group, and the staff could not have been more accommodating! From the moment we arrived, everyone was smiling, welcoming, and attentive. The team handled our group booking effortlessly — food came out quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. The pizzas were authentic, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, and the staff made us feel completely at home. Easily one of the best group dining experiences we’ve had in London. Highly recommended for both quality food and outstanding service!

I usually hate pizzas apart from when l am in Italy. Was surprised how lovely the pizzas are at Pizza Pilgrims not as heavy as l thought and the garlic bread is super delicious. Quick and helpful service but the place gets full so quickly. Definitely coming back.

Great Pizza with a Fantastic Location Pizza Pilgrims in Southbank is a wonderful spot that combines a cool concept with delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere. The location itself is fantastic – right by the Thames and in an exciting neighborhood, with both indoor seating and an inviting outdoor area that makes dining here a real experience. The pizzas are excellent: fresh, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The menu has a fun and creative touch while still offering the classics. Service is super friendly and very helpful, creating a welcoming and relaxed vibe throughout the visit. Prices are fair and absolutely in line with the quality and location. Whether you’re just stopping by for a quick bite or planning a longer evening with friends, Pizza Pilgrims is a great choice to enjoy authentic pizza in one of London’s most lively areas.

When your Italian friend admits that the pizzas are good here, you know that this chain is doing something right. My first visit to Waterloo and the Margherita Buffalo was great. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and let us enjoy the pizza without constant interruption. They haven't expanded recklessly and keep both quality and consistency high. I occasionally try the guest pizzas when they don't have meat on them (pizza should never have weird meat or pineapple on it). So the Lower Marsh branch is laid back, has good outdoor space and I will return soon.

We hadn't made a reservation and arrived at about 7pm on a Saturday evening. They gave us a table outside right away (it was a lovely evening, so outside was perfect). The vibe was great and the staff were friendly and quick. The drinks were a little slow (hence the 4 stars), the food all came before the the drinks, which was about 15 mins after ordering. That's a good, quick service on the food, but a bit long to wait for drinks. All in though, a very good experience, we'll be back.

The food was really great here- I got the Mushroom Truffle pizza. The crust was so tasty, hot and the cheese so fresh. The atmosphere was pretty basic, like a cheap chain pizza place. Maybe the price could have been a little lower, as you can't get a pizza for under £10.50. The staff were nice and patient. We took a whole load of kids here and they really enjoyed it also. Would definitely go again!

I've visited this spot on December 2021. And I really enjoyed their pizza. The atmosphere is loud for me, but tolerable. The food was delicious. Prices, was within reach in my opinion, not very expensive. The cleanliness generally, I'd say 2/5. And I've had to use the toilet, so it wasn't very clean and didn't have toilet paper, so I had to borrow from the next toilet.
