   Ordered from Domino’s and the order arrived wrong. When I called the store to explain the issue, instead of helping, the staff member started shouting down the phone and was extremely rude. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Poor customer service and no effort to resolve the problem. Very disappointing experience — won’t be ordering from here again

   I had a great experience at this Domino’s branch! I ordered an American Hot and it was made exactly the way I like it – perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and toppings. Special thanks to Nikunj for being so helpful and making sure everything was spot on. Excellent service and delicious pizza – I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Says open till 2am on the front door and 1.45am online. Refused to serve me at 1.30 after standing chatting and ignoring me. There was a customer waiting in store for their pizza. Rude and poor attitude.

   Order in the store - they forgot to make one of the pizzas and then tried to pretend they handnt. No apologies. Had to wait and extra 10 mins white first pizza was sitting there getting cold. Would have started eating the first one but it wasn’t mine. Will stop going to them in favour of local places for sure now

   Don’t ever ring up for a pizza here unless you like pain a suffering trying to communicate what pizza you want . The women can’t understand English gets every order wrong with fantastic consistency everytime . Feel sorry for the delivery drivers who have to deal with disappointment customers every night .

   Use another dominos the customer service at this place is horrific. The manager doesn’t understand the word customer service. They delivered our pizzas an hour late and were stone cold. The manager proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t his fault and kept calling us boss man..

   It's a bit of a gamble as to what you get when you order here, but it's in a good location (if you're anywhere near Holloway Road). Domino's prices and deals, nothing different there, and the food isn't bad. They can also be quite accomodating when they want to, but it just be a thankless task working here.
