   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Recently bought a doner kebab from Gonzales and it instantly became my favourite spot! I’ve also tried different pizzas, and their buy-one-get-one-free pizza deal is amazing value. The food tastes really good, quality is consistently high, and prices are very affordable. I’ve tried multiple varieties and loved everything so far. Great customer service, nice taste, and excellent quality food at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!”

   Ordered a few times from here & the food is just amazing & plenty of it! Delivery is available where you pay cash for the order - the MoS who takes the orders is polite & reads the order back to you to confirm it’s accurate. Food is made fresh & is piping hot!

   I just ordered a kebab and I asked for salad and Garlic Mayo and they sent a kebab with no salad and go sauce , I rang them asking where it was & 45 minutes later when the food was COLD it was brought , I rang asking for a fresh one to which they agreed and then they sent the same kebab back reheated now dry and inedible without the sauce and salad. UNACCEPTABLE.

   They are usually EXCELLENT kebabs over all. However, they seem to be cutting costs with lamb shish by boiling mutton, then frying (I stopped ordering this Years ago) but now they are doing the sand with chicken!! So half my chicken kebab was breast and half thigh. I love both when cooked correctly but they need to be cooked differently! Breast should be grilled fast and tender, thigh, slower and juicy (not like actual rubber!). The woman in the phone is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL too!! The customer service from her is just atrocious!! The gentlemen who answer are lively though! I’m just very dissatisfied at the moment because u know how good they usually are xx

   Ordered for way over 2 years a few times a week (lazy) live slightly out the 3miles maybe 3.2 been told wont deliver unless we pay more!! Shocking! As we spend so much there a month won’t be going again! And a lot of the time ends up coming cold and 1 and a half hours when it’s 10 mins up the road shocking go else where
