   Absolutely furious. Ordered over the telephone and was told it would be 45 minutes. 2 hours later and after several telephone conversations they tell me that they don’t have my order. They previously told me that my order was on the way and would be with me in a few minutes, on three separate occasions, then on the final occasion-the order didn’t exist. Disgusting customer service

   We’ve always gone here for our kebabs with living in the village we get a delivery every Friday or Saturday night so they get plenty of business from us. Just recently it’s been taking well over an hour just for 2 kebabs and unfortunately they have been freezing cold last few times so we are less than impressed. We’ve given them chances and tonight was the last one over an hour again and freezing cold food. We literally live 2 minutes away from them. We will now go elsewhere unfortunately

   I was visiting someone nearby and decided to try this place, and I’m so glad I did! Even though I’m from Birmingham, a couple of hours away, I’d make the trip again just for this pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere made it a great experience overall. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area – or even if you’re not!

   Order came over an hour late (2 hour wait) when it arrived we were missing 2 milk shakes, we were told the driver would bring them back which obviously I just opted to get a refund instead, think I'm being pretty generous giving 2 stars. Pizzas were good, and the lamb shish was tasty but was a very small portion. Spent about £35 so was disappointed with our order. Would not order from here again. Unbelievably, after being issued a partial refund the takeaway actually came through with the milkshakes at around 21:30 which, to be fair is a nice thing to do so giving an extra star.

   Very slow waiting 2 hours plus and via just eat it would be an hour, told 25 minutes ago it was coming out of the oven now. Have been a very regular customer and will never order again!

   Ordered a chicken and shish it was cooked puts a load of raw chicken out of the bucket too put on with the tongs then grabs my meat confronts him says it's there process and way they do it I responds use Diffrent tongues I'm going too be I'll throws it in the bin the owner in mood when all he had too do was Put the meat back on the grill and put the tongs in the flame too kill the bacteria through it straight in the bin after that hocking attitude won't be going back here used too be nice here needs boycotting let them lose money may change there attitude then I have it all on video but can only upload pictures

   Just ordered Donna meat and chips , wasn't even warm , phoned and told them wasn't interested even the garlic bread was cold , this place is not as good as it was . Advice stay away

   Ordered for delivery website said should be delivered at 7pm . No sign at 7.20 phoned and said was in oven still no sign after an hour . Supposedly delivery driver on way. Staff make excuses why food late, should give realistic delivery times rather than moan they're busy and fob people off on phone . Pizza was burnt when it arrived
