Terrible customer service from the older of the two servers who tried charging me twice! He insisted that my transaction had been declined despite my showing him evidence of the transaction having gone through from my account. He was arrogant and unbelievably rude! It took the timely intervention of his polite and more considerate colleague to advise him restarting/rebooting the restaurant’s payment machine, after which the payment did show up as processed. Instead of apologising for his mistake, the server in question just stood by as if nothing had happened. This is very bad and I’m even more disappointed because I had particularly gone to this pizza place because of the fond memories I have of when I used to live in Bolton, what a way to put off a customer for life! A simple sorry usually diffuses most situations, obviously it clearly is not in the older man’s vocabulary. Thanks to the younger man who apologised on behalf of the initial server. Disgusting customer service experienced today, never again setting foot there!

My first time in Bolton and I discovered this hidden gem. Went for the margherita which was amazing! (it gets messy so make sure you have napkins) They have plenty of pizza options on the menu, hopefully next time I’ll be able to try a few others. Also, there are a number of benches just outside for you to sit down.

BOLTONS HIDDEN GEM! THE BEST ITALIAN PIZZA. FRESH and HOT OUT OF THE STOVE. EXTREMELY DELICIOUS! This little shop has been opened since before I was even born. The pizza is fantastic, the staff is always polite and friendly. The best little business to support. And most definitely the best pizza in town!
